sanji sighed, blowing smoke after inhaling the cigarette before feeling someone bump into him. he lets out a small grunt, looking over "ah, pardon moi.. are you hurt?"

"that's because i am, mon ami..~" accent thick but not hard to understand; sanji lifts her hand the moment it took his, placing light and feathery kisses to her fingers then up to her knuckles. "you stand out under the light, like an angel descending down and blinding everyone with your elegance." he continued to kiss up to her forearm "your beauty is no match for the women here in this ball..~"

he soon reaches her biceps "they stand with envy and jealousy, wishing they could be you." he got to her shoulder then to her neck "men stare because they realize how stunning you are and knowing such thing..~" he kisses up to her cheek, pulling her close by the waist "it makes me proud that the men sees the beauty that i am seeing~" he chuckles, not caring of the public display of affection. after all, the former reaper was madly in love with her. he'll whisper sweet words to her, spoil her with love that his heart could give. it was written all over his face and in his eyes.

it's an odd dilemma. a man who solely devotes himself to her, his time &. energy precedes all else. chiefly, she is on his mind. it is a boost for her ego, certainly, yet a thrill-seeking romanticist subsists off of crawling beneath one's skin to provocation. and this one nary minds her conflict-riddled antics. so it seemed. it is no wonder why grelle grew tolerable of sanji. oft caught fawning over the experienced chef. deserter or not, she admired his deviation from the norm of grim reaper society.

sanji had long gone stopped keeping tabs of the reapers world but every now and then, he gets word of what was going on. it was interesting really, how chaotic its gotten since he left. "that geezer made an uproar.. here i thought he was just being insane." he sighs heavily.

sanji needed a break, as much as he loved cooking for the crew and taking care of the ladies, he needed time to himself. luckily, luffy was a good enough distraction for everyone to even notice him disappearing and slipping away from the chaos. he moved to the farther and more quiet area of sunny, sitting down and lighting up a cigarette. he looked to his watch to make sure to keep track of the time and when to prepare the next snack for everyone.
