The ruling BJP’s “free coronavirus vaccination for all” promise in Bihar ahead of next week’s election has become controversial with questions raised about the use of a vaccine for a political agenda. “As soon as a COVID-19 vaccine is available for production at a mass scale, every person in Bihar will get free vaccination. This is the first promise mentioned in…

By the way, Bihar has come under the grip of cold wave, but in the politics of there, it will be heavy in the grip of cold wave and politics will not cool down after the heat of farmer movement only one day, it was not expected by the opposition.  Yes, even the opposition, what to do, there is nothing left to do.  At present, the Chief Minister of Bihar, the Honorable Mr. Nitish Kumar, was engaged in promoting the development of Bihar and at the same time strengthening his party under this seven-day program amidst this cold wave.
However, apart from Nitish's activism, everything else is cold.  The opposition is in silence after a little jump on the farmer movement a day.  Its leader Tejashwi Yadav was also not in this movement.  It is being told that they are in Delhi.
The cold in Bihar is now showing an impact, especially on politics.  The efforts that are being made to bring the heat in between are unable to break the chill.  The JDU-BJP dialogue on cabinet expansion froze as soon as it came out.  If the Congress tried something through alcohol, it could not heat up its fellow colleagues.  Tejashwi Yadav of Rashtriya Janata Dal has quietly camped in Delhi, away from this coldness.  Their lethargy is on both sides and the opposition.  The kind of government machinery that is heard on the formation of a new government, is being heard through the media intermittently.
It was understood that the cabinet expansion would take place before Kharmas (commencing 16 December).  There were reports from inside the NDA that there was a tussle over the number of ministers.  The BJP has the upper hand on the basis of strength in the assembly.  Its 21 and 12 JDU ministers can be made.  JDU is demanding equal.
There was a possibility that Kharmas would expand before it started, but it did not.  On this, Nitish Kumar put an end to all the speculation on Tuesday by saying that he has not received any proposal from BJP yet.  The BJP did not immediately comment on Nitish's statement.  The political silence of the BJP's silence began to be removed.
Everyone was waiting for the BJP's reply.  On the second day, State President Sanjay Jaiswal postponed the issue saying that now our emphasis is on the organization, when the time comes.  The matter cooled down and cooled even those who had set their eyes on the red light and who had decided to play on it.
After the election, the heat of liquor is again hitting hard.  The Congress, which had promised to review the prohibition of liquor at the time of elections, has started a debate on its practicality.  Congress Legislature Party leader Ajit Sharma wrote a letter to the Chief Minister that the prohibition of liquor law is ineffective and has become a means of illegal earning.  Home delivery of alcohol is taking place.  Police-administration and politicians have also been involved in its illegal business.  The liquor condition of poor families has worsened rather than improved.
The government is losing revenue of four to five thousand crore rupees.  He urged that the ban on liquor be removed by reviewing the prohibition law at double the cost.  After his letter, Jitan Ram Manjhi, the president of the government's aide HAM, congratulated Nitish for strictly enforcing the prohibition law, but demanded that the poor who were jailed for three months for a minor mistake under the prohibition law.  Let's ensure their bail arrangements.  After such statements, now liquor companies are also demanding to open it.
Nitish Kumar's focus in the midst of all this is now to implement his seven determinations.  Employment was a major issue in this election.  Tejashwi Yadav was in the fray with the promise of 10 lakh jobs.  The BJP also promised 19 lakhs later.  Nitish has announced two million jobs in his second cabinet.  Under Saat Nishchay-2, arrangements have been made to provide better training to the youth in the techniques which are currently in demand in the market.
Emphasis is being laid on developing entrepreneurship among the youth.  The government will provide loans to them at low interest.  For entrepreneurship development for women, a maximum provision of five lakh rupees subsidy and five lakh rupees loan without interest has been made.  Apart from this, all announcements are being made daily.  There is a lot of emphasis on law and order.  The Chief Minister has held three meetings, but even after this, there has been no specific curb on crime.

BJP tops with 66% strike rate, will get more power play
PATNA/NEW DELHI: A Narendra Modi-fired NDA was on course to claw out a slender win in Bihar, beating back a spirited challenge from Tejashwi Yadav in a contest which marked the coming-of-age-party of the young RJD leader while diminishing incumbent Nitish Kumar‘s JD(U). Nitish was on the brink of getting his sixth term. Though his first term lasted just four days and the fourth one accrued to him only because he had resigned midway through his second only to resume, he has joined an elite league of satraps. At the time of going to press, NDA had won or was leading in 124 seats against the RJD combine’s 111, crushing Tejashwi’s hopes of leading his father’s RJD to victory after 14 years. Chirag Paswan’s maiden outing as the leader of family outfit LJP did not go that well. Paswan Jr did manage to partly achieve his objective of damaging Nitish, with several of his candidates eating into NDA’s votes to RJD’s benefit. However, it was a pyrrhic achievement as it also exposed his claim for parity with JD(U) as hollow. Congress, which had wrested 70 seats from RJD in exchange for its acquiescence in Lalu Prasad’s insistence to project Tejashwi as CM candidate, fared poorly, proving to be a drain on RJD. In contrast, RJD’s other allies did very well with CPI (M-L) Liberation notching 12 seats and CPI and CPM registering two wins each.
Tumblr media
The nail-biter which saw the rival camps engaged in seat-to-seat combat was in keeping with the roller coaster that defined a lead-up which saw BJP-JD(U) being transformed from the overwhelming favourite to the underdog. It was Tejashwi who turned the game around with his promise to provide 10 lakh government jobs to the youth on his very first day in office. It was a recklessly extravagant promise which, if implemented, could have bankrupted the state which struggles to meets its basic minimum needs. But it turned out to be an ultra-seductive proposition in a state where the Covid-19 pandemic has worsened rampant unemployment. The RJD scion also tried to decouple himself from the legacy of RJD — the 15-year-long reign of his parents which remain etched in the minds of millions as unbridled anarchy — as an outreach to sections outside RJD’s Yadav-Muslim core. The outreach also saw him entering into crucial tactical seat-sharing pacts with Congress and Left parties. In the end, however, he seemed to have come up just short, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi stalling him in his tracks in the second and third phases of the polls. Modi, who had played the game-changer earlier too, threw himself into the campaign with characteristic vigour, cashing in on the standing he appears to enjoy in the state and deploying his entire oratorical skills. He sought to undercut Tejashwi’s promise of jobs and growth by reviving memories of the lawlessness under RJD’s 15-year hegemony, and put paid to the young leader’s attempt to make a clean break from his party’s past by dubbing him “jungle raj ka yuvraj”. Bihar election results 2020: Live updates The PM also sought to cash in on the goodwill welfare measures launched by his government to reach out to women and the poor. His was not an easy task. For, apart the challenge from Tejashwi, the strength of which was amplified by the turnout at his rallies, BJP was also having to deal with signs of sullenness, especially among BJP’s upper caste constituency and Hindutva hardliners, towards Nitish. The obstacles could be overcome with the help of the constituency that Modi has acquired among the poor and women. Nitish’s constituency among Extremely Backward Castes and Mahadalits appear to have remained intact, providing another bulwark. In fact, the elections mark yet another instance of BJP’s attempt to cast itself as the party of the poor which underlay the toppings of sections of upper castes and Hindutva votaries. The outcome shows the effectiveness of the Modi factor but also presents fresh challenges. RJD and Congress have screamed foul but that is a far easier task compared to the issue of how to manage Nitish. The BJP leadership is firm in its pre-poll commitment to retain him as CM irrespective of how the two parties fared, but it also has to brace itself for the task of assuring the incumbent that he would have the same authority that he enjoyed by virtue of being the senior partner. Besides, it will also have to assuage suspicions in certain JD(U) quarters about Chirag having been set up to undercut Nitish. JD(U) leaders have in the past been prone to conspiracy theories. His reduced numbers notwithstanding, Nitish has once again displayed his support among EBCs and women, something which gives him enough space for future manoeuvres. The Bihar result capped a bad day for Congress, marking a setback for Rahul Gandhi‘s high-wattage campaign to target Modi on diverse issues of China’s aggression, handling of the pandemic and farm sector laws. He is unlikely to give up yet, but the results have brought out the task staring at him.

Is fiery test still pending?  Or else Tejaswi drew a long line in front of the opponents.
If Tejashwi's rallies show the color of the crowds, the support of the youth, the promise of 1 million jobs and the electoral caste card, it may pave the way for an Anne Marg (CM House) but if Chirag and Pappu Yadav or Upendra Kushwaha have  The alliance made the election trivial and with its result hung, Tejashwi's real fire will be tested.
Results are awaited on 10 November.  In the exit poll, the glorious alliance led by the grand alliance seems to be emerging as the biggest alliance but the real game will be known on November 10, till then the Chief Minister of the state Nitish Kumar's future is captured in EVM whether he will play the fourth innings or not?
The future direction and condition of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, who is leading the Grand Alliance and is also imprisoned in EVMs.  After Chirag Paswan's Ekla Chalo bets, his political grip is weak or strong, the curtain will rise on November 10, when the election results will come.
Meanwhile, on behalf of the Grand Alliance, Tejashwi Yadav, the younger son of Chief Ministerial candidate and state elder leader Lalu Yadav, not only made his entrance among the youth in the elections and remained the center of attention throughout the election but he also played opposition star campaigners-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi with an attractive and powerful image and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar - who created the image of Vikas Purush - was forced to move from developmental issues to shoot arrows at personal accusations and hurl a bug.
Seeing the rising crowds at Tejashwi's election rallies and dissatisfaction against the Nitish government on unemployment among the youth of the state, PM Modi called Tejashwi as 'Jungle Raj ka Yuvraj' on his first day of election.
PM Modi called the Lalu-Rabri regime as a jungle raj and tried to incite the voters against the scandal.  In a way, the PM surrendered his development weapon in front of Tejashwi.
CM Nitish Kumar also described Tejashwi's promise of 10 lakh jobs as ulul-julul, but his alliance partner BJP said 19 lakh jobs in his election manifesto as Tejashwi's cut.
Before that, the deputy CM of the state Sushil Modi was in tune with Nitish and was asking from where will the money come?  But the BJP soon changed its stand on this and directly landed the country's Treasury Minister for the launch of the manifesto promising employment.
The BJP leaders and themselves were calling Nitish Kumar Tejashwi a 31-year-old novice and inexperienced leader, until the election was buzzing and a day or two before the first phase of voting, but as soon as the date of EVM button was pressed, all  Opposition leaders had to change their political strategy.  When the pair of Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi took charge of the election campaign, PM Modi sarcastically said that the same situation will happen in Bihar as the two young men in UP.  Perhaps the color of PM's talk may not have passed on to voters, so PM Modi had to assimilate the Hindu agenda in the last election rallies and make Jayashree Ram and Bharat Mata cheers at Saharsa rally.
The BJP also fielded Yogi Adityanath for polarization in the last round, who tried to awaken Hindu identity by crediting the construction of Ram temple to PM Modi.  Along with making a statement on the Citizenship Amendment Act, he tried to woo Hindu voters.  CM Nitish Kumar also had to throw an emotional card at his last election meeting in Dharmadaha of Purnia and he called it the last election of his life.
If Tejashwi's rallies show the rush, the support of the youth, the promise of 10 lakh jobs and electoral caste cards, it may pave the way for an Anne Marg (CM House) but if Chirag and Pappu Yadav or Upendra Kushwaha's  The coalition triangulated the election and its result hung, then Tejashwi will have to give real fire test.

BJP Manifesto Bihar - JP Nadda की बात मानें, तो BJP का Manifesto भरोसे लायक नहीं! BJP has released its manifesto for Bihar Elections 2020. But BJP Bihar Manifesto seems nothing than a bundle of lies, if logically thought as JP Nadda said. BJP Manifesto Bihar promised Free COVID-19 vaccine, 19 lakhs jobs, a sports university in Bihar and many more. But its track record shows that BJP is not capable of fulfilling the promises made in Sankalp Patra.
