Friendly reminder that "guilty prisoners can't request items" is a fan theory. It's based on the fact that the guilty prisoners mostly kept their old outifts in T2 (except for Fuuta) and on Yuno volunteering to get Mahiru a wheelchair (when Mahiru wouldn't be able to walk to the storage room in her condition regardless).
