Động cơ băng tải là một loại động cơ giảm tốc được lắp đặt trên các thiết bị băng chuyền để truyền động cho băng chuyền chạy. Động cơ băng tải có thể có nhiều thương hiệu khác nhau: động cơ SPG Hàn Quốc, động cơ ZD Đài Loan Trung Quốc, tuỳ theo yêu cầu về công suất 1 pha 2 pha 3 pha, tốc độ, mô-men xoắn, và kiểu truyền động.

Cấu tạo

Động cơ giảm tốc có 3 thành phần chính là động cơ điện, hộp giảm tốc và bộ điều khiển.

Động cơ điện là một thiết bị chuyển đổi năng lượng điện thành năng lượng cơ dưới dạng chuyển động quay. Động cơ điện có thể có nhiều loại khác nhau, như động cơ không đồng bộ (AC), động cơ xoay chiều (DC), động cơ servo, v.v. Động cơ điện có số vòng quay cao như 2900rpm, 1450rpm, 960rpm, nhưng moment xoắn lại thấp.

Hộp giảm tốc là một thiết bị truyền động được gắn vào trục ra của động cơ điện để giảm số vòng quay và tăng moment xoắn của trục ra. Hộp giảm tốc có thể có nhiều loại khác nhau, tuỳ theo số cấp giảm tốc và nguyên lý truyền động. Một số loại hộp giảm tốc phổ biến là hộp giảm tốc bánh răng nghiêng xoắn (trục thẳng), hộp giảm tốc bánh răng hành tinh (trục vuông góc), hộp giảm tốc trục vít bán vít (trục vuông góc), v.v.

Bộ điều khiển động cơ: Giúp điều chỉnh động cơ cho hệ thống băng tải ổn định linh hoạt.

Nguyên lý hoạt động Nguyên lý hoạt động của động cơ giảm tốc là dựa vào sự khớp nối của các bánh răng có số răng khác nhau trong hộp giảm tốc. Khi hai bánh răng khớp nhau, số vòng quay của chúng sẽ tỷ lệ nghịch với số răng. Ví dụ, nếu bánh răng A có 10 răng, bánh răng B có 20 răng, và bánh răng A quay với tốc độ 1000rpm, thì bánh răng B sẽ quay với tốc độ 500rpm. Tỉ số truyền giữa hai bánh răng là 2:1. Tỷ lệ này cũng là tỷ lệ giữa moment xoắn của bánh răng B và bánh răng A. Nghĩa là, nếu moment xoắn của bánh răng A là 1Nm, thì moment xoắn của bánh răng B sẽ là 2Nm.

Bằng cách kết hợp nhiều cặp bánh răng có tỉ số truyền khác nhau trong hộp giảm tốc, ta có thể giảm tốc độ quay và tăng moment xoắn của trục ra theo ý muốn. Ví dụ, nếu hộp giảm tốc có ba cặp bánh răng có tỉ số truyền lần lượt là 2:1, 3:1, và 4:1, thì tỉ số truyền toàn bộ của hộp giảm tốc là 2 x 3 x 4 = 24:1. Nghĩa là, nếu trục vào quay với tốc độ 2400rpm và moment xoắn 1Nm, thì trục ra sẽ quay với tốc độ 100rpm và moment xoắn 24Nm.

Ứng dụng Động cơ giảm tốc có nhiều ứng dụng trong nhiều ngành công nghiệp, như máy móc, ô tô, robot, và cả trong các thiết bị gia dụng. Một số ví dụ cụ thể như sau:

Il telaio è il lega di magnesio, leggero ma rigido, il motore è un 500W ma con una potenza di picco che arriva a 980W e questo si vede in salita, quando riesce ad arrampicarsi anche a pieno carico, cioè 100 chilogrammi. La coppia è pari a 24Nm e 25 di picco. I cerchi color oro sono da 10″ e montano pneumatici tubeless antiforatura ma non solo, sono equipaggiati con freni che dalla leva al cerchio sono a filo ma un filo collegato poi a freni a doppio disco idraulici. Frenata davvero da monopattino top di gamma, potente ma modulabile e sicura. Il telaio è in lega di magnesio e questo, oltre a permettere il peso totale di 19 chilogrammi, lo rende anche parecchio rigido, quindi preciso e rapido nei cambi di direzione. L’unica cosa che manca sono le sospensioni ma gli pneumatici fanno comunque un buon lavoro. La batteria è una 10.4Ah a 48 volt, cioè 500Wh e questo fa sì che l’autonomia arrivi a 50 chilometri. MV Agusta non ha certo dimenticato l’applicazione, che c’è e permette di bloccare/sbloccare il monopattino, cosa che si può fare anche grazie al tag NFC da appoggiare al cruscotto, di impostare la modalità di guida e di monitorare i parametri del monopattino e del viaggio. Tutte queste informazioni comunque sono presenti anche nel display integrato nel manubrio, abbastanza grande e ben visibile. Le conclusioni non possono che essere positive, motore potente, telaio che garantisce un’ottima tenuta e manovrabilità, grande frenata e autonomia. Electric propulsion specialist Magnix has confirmed that an electric-powered Cessna 208B Grand Caravan it was demonstrating landed under degraded power after an issue with an inverter during a 2020 test flight. “We had an electrical issue where one of the four inverters did what it was supposed to do – it shut down, leaving the pilot [with] only 75% power,” Magnix chief executive Roei Ganzarski tells FlightGlobal. “It wasn’t that the battery died.” Magnix and flight-testing company AeroTec partnered to fly a Caravan equipped with Magnix’s 750hp (559kW) Magni500 all-electric powerplant. The aircraft, dubbed an “eCaravan”, made its maiden flight on 28 May from Grant County International airport in Moses Lake, Washington. It flew for about 30min before landing safely, according to the company. Ganzarski says the electric system “did exactly what it was supposed to do” during the test flight. The system lost only partial power and the programme has benefited from the lessons learned, he adds. He was responding to a question about whether the aircraft’s pilot had been forced to land without

power. That is only “partially” true, Ganzarski says. “When they had a fault coming out of the electrical system into one of those inverters, that inverter shut down in order not to impact the rest, and did what we call a graceful degradation, leaving the pilot with partial power,” he says. “So, it only shut down a quarter; if you have a fault with an engine, you’d have to shut the whole thing down.” An inverter controls the frequency of power supplied to a motor to control its rotation speed. Economical operation Magnix, with offices in Australia and Seattle, has been working on the Grand Caravan project alongside other electric-aircraft efforts. It is one of two companies supplying propulsion systems for Alice, an all-electric nine-passenger aircraft being developed by sister company Eviation Aircraft. Magnix and AeroTec say their modified Grand Caravan proves that small all-electric aircraft can feasibly and economically operate short routes that airlines had long ago abandoned. Meanwhile, rival electric aircraft developer Ampaire has flown its hybrid-electric powered Cessna 337 Skymaster on what it calls an “actual airline route”, between two of Hawaii’s islands.

On 22 November, the company flew the modified aircraft, which it calls the Electric EEL, on a round trip from Kahului to Hana, both on Maui – a 20min flight of about 24nm (45km). The Electric EEL completed the round trip on a single battery charge, Ampaire says. Ampaire says the Kahului-Hana flight makes it the first company “to complete a demonstration flight of a hybrid-electric aircraft along an actual airline route”. Ampaire is performing demonstration flights in Hawaii via a partnership with local intra-island carrier Mokulele Airlines. Kevin Noertker, Ampaire chief executive, says the flights will demonstrate the “robustness of Ampaire’s technology” and aid development of future projects. Cessna 337s have two piston engines – one driving a forward-facing prop, the other driving a pusher prop. For the EEL, Ampaire replaced the six-seat aircraft’s forward engine with an electric system “capable” of producing 160kW, it says. The 300hp rear engine remains in place. Police drone and helicopter collide in flight over Canada Reddit A Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) drone collided with an RCMP helicopter in British Columbia, Canada back on February 6th. The collision resulted in the drone being destroyed, and the helicopter suffered a small amount of damage to the main rotor. A UVT FLIR SkyRanger R60 drone which was being operated by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) collided with an Aerospatiale AS350-B3 police helicopter while climbing in altitude. While the incident only involved one drone, two were flying in the area at the same time. The summary of the collision states there were three people on-board the helicopter at the time of the collision with none of them being injured. The helicopter was reportedly completing a low-level flight (under 300 feet) when the drone collided with it. The pilot noticed some vibrations and decided to land the helicopter on the road. Later on, the maintenance staff found damage on the main rotor blades along with superficial damage to the tail boom and tail rotor. The full summary can be read below: TSB Report #A20P0019: C-GMPN, an Aerospatiale AS350-B3 operated by RCMP Air Services, was conducting policing activities 24nm SW of Houston (CAM5), BC with 3 persons on board. Also operating in the area were two RCMP operated RPAS units. During low level flight (below 300 feet AGL), the helicopter and 1 RPAS (FLIR SkyRanger R60 – 2.4 kg) collided. The helicopter suffered some initial vibration and the pilot completed a precautionary landing on a road without further incident. Maintenance staff found damage primarily to the main rotor blades along with superficial damage on the tail boom and tail rotor. The effected components were removed as per the maintenance manual for repairs or overhaul as required. The RPAS was destroyed. There were no injuries to persons in the aircraft or on the ground. As a result of the collision, drones and helicopters are no longer allowed to be in the air together unless the drone stays under 300 feet and the helicopter stays above 500 feet.
