2212 29Mar23: Bleach Bypass. I would end the post there, but after four days off and doing basically nothing the entire time. RANDOMLY algorithm popped a workflow into my life that is a true cinematic look for film making.
Disclosure.... actually, a cinematic look is not a "you need to do it this way." Save all...
When you look it up they are always saying of you gotta add orange and teal... well that gives you a certain look but it's not truly a cinematic look... honestly all the films I have watched... I can't really recall many that use the orange and teal look... each FILM has its own style.
So this Saturday I have a little 3 hour window with the director to establish the scene for an upcoming music video... with that we are going to try and pregame the color space to try and establish a decent turn around time for the music video.
Ok I really need to sleep!

CJ court watch 29mar23
On February 25, 2000, a jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City convicted Mr. Syed of first-degree murder, robbery, kidnapping, and false imprisonment of Ms. Lee. Mr. Syed challenged his conviction on direct appeal. In an unreported opinion, the Court of Special Appeals affirmed his conviction on March 19, 2003. Syed v. State, No. 923, Sept. Term 2000. On May 28, 2010, Mr. Syed filed a petition for post-conviction relief, which he supplemented on June 27, 2010. In that petition, Mr. Syed alleged that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and in so alleging lodged claims against his trial counsel, sentencing counsel, and appellate counsel. In the post-conviction petition, Mr. Syed argued nine bases for his claim that he had received ineffective assistance of counsel. State v. Syed, 463 Md. 60, 68, 204 A.3d 139, 143 (2019).
His petition was granted, and the state appealed. Maryland's highest court reversed the grant of his petition. 463 Md. 60 (2019). His conviction and sentence was basically affirmed.
Mr Syed basically became the pet project of Apple’s 2014 podcast Serial.
 Inexplicably
In September 2022, the State, also an appellee, filed in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City a motion to vacate Mr. Syed’s convictions pursuant to Md. Code Ann., Crim. Proc. Art. (“CP”) § 8-301.1 (Supp. 2022) (the “vacatur statute”). After a hearing, the court granted the motion and vacated Mr. Syed’s convictions.
The circuit court didn't bother to hear from the brother of the late Hae Min Lee, even though he specifically requested an opportunity to appear and be heard.  The court vacated Mr Syed’s conviction without input from the Lee family.
On 28mar23, Maryland’s intermediate appellate court said
Therefore, we vacate the circuit court’s order vacating Mr. Syed’s convictions and sentence, which results in the reinstatement of the original convictions and sentence. We remand for a new, legally compliant, transparent hearing on the motion to vacate, where Mr. Lee is given notice of the hearing that is sufficient to allow him to attend in person, evidence supporting the motion to vacate is presented, and the court states its reasons in support of its decision.

0442 29Mar23: Thought the rain would be done by now. So I am trying to make a decision quickly. Do I go ahead and do a workout this morning, or do I save it for this afternoon/evening. Honestly, I kind of know the answer I need to pick due to my shoes starting to wear out. I really need to get new shoes. If I work out with this wet weather, then my toes will get wet even if I go into the gym, that little period of walking to the car will cause my feet to get wet. So I think I will hold off till this afternoon. I mean, I guess I could still pack gym stuff and hit this gym right after work. But I don't know.
For now, I will take a quick shower and then eat my breakfast and then get dressed and go. I need to take my laptop today so I can download this file and start to work. Not sure if they got my computer access up and running yet.
