Our #waisttrainers are made from #premiumneoprene... the same material #wetsuits are made from... so its safe to say the trainer came with me for a #paddleboard today 🤣 It was good feeling the #compression through my core that kept me steady and strong on the board as I paddled along. #waisttrainertips #3beltwaisttrainer #cinchedwear I like to #providevalue and have my #cinchedfam feel confident when receiving their goods, so here are some answers to some of the most asked questions I get about #waisttrainers and #waisttraining 1. Don't ever wash in your washing machine, #handwashonly. Its important if you want your trainer to maintain its shape and form, and to not damage the boning. Use gentle detergent, rinse, then lie it flat on a towel in the shade (on top of your washing machine lid is perfect). 2. Do not wear your trainer for any longer than 8hrs in a day. Its great to train your waist, but you don't want your muscles to become reliant on your trainer to do all the work. 3. Don't ever sleep in your trainer. This is the time for your body to relax and restore and for you to breathe deeply and freely. 4. #consistencyiskey🔑 make sure you wear your trainer regularly. You will get better results if you wear your trainer most days a week for atleast a couple of hours a day, as opposed to wearing once or twice in a week for a few hours each time. Its like studying... your memory retains more if you do regular consistent short bursts of study, as opposed to trying to cram everything in in one long session. 5. #healthyeating and #regularexercise will speed up your results. This is probably a no brainer! Although I have still managed to size down without much change. HOWEVER, I am at a point now where I want to tone the rest of my body and become healthy for myself and my children, so I have started making changes to incorporate better eating and exercise into my life #watchthisspace. 6. Don't be tempted to size down too quickly. You want to #waisttrainsafely and #waisttraineffectively. Your body is your temple so you must treat it that way. Work through each stage and don't skip steps. Your waist will mould & heal with time and slowly but surely adjust as you are ready to size down. Are you part of the #cinchedwearfam because we are growing in numbers, but shrinking in waist size! I wanted to do this post because I am seeing a trend... more people are returning to www.cinchedwear.com for their 2nd and 3rd orders of our signature #cinched #3beltwaisttrainer to #sizedown ❤ This pleases me so much because from the outset my goal was to share with as many people as I could what this trainer has done for me without the need for expensive appointments and procedures that are costly and chew into your precious time, like #liposuction, or surgery for #diastasisrecti. I can't promise it will do exactly the same for you as it has done for me because we all have different bodies and health problems and life circumstances. We all eat differently and move differently and spend our time doing different things, but what I can tell you is that for me it has changed EVERYTHING and I believe if it has done it for me with minimal effort, than it could work for you too. My quality of life has improved dramatically... and just from wearing a waist trainer for a couple of hours each day!?! The time passes so quickly when you have it on.. wear it when you're folding clothes, cleaning up the kitchen, hanging out with your kids, vacuuming and mopping, sitting at your computer, jumping on a trampoline (just don't try to do crazy tricks for your kids... refer to a previous post for more insight on that 🤣🥴) Best of all our waist trainers are sooo comfortable. I actually look forward to wearing mine most days now because I just feel so secure and #confident once wearing it and know how much good it is doing for me. My back feels great too. Unlike other trainers that may be so squishy and have boning dig in, ours don't because they are supposed to #gentlycompress you. You don't want it so tight that it's uncomfortable otherwise you have probably ordered too small. If you are sitting on the pool fence, you should just dive in and give it a go.
