💜 June Week 1 💜

What a week! I downloaded one of the dating apps after I realized I really didn't have a date for the soccer game lol My friend made a funny joke and said "No one likes you?" when I told him if I can still join him and his gf even if I don't have a date to take since he suggested it. Idk the comment made me chuckle for like the next three hours because I really was like dam I don't have anyone lol At no point was I sad about it but I really was just shocked after going through my text and DMs. When I saw him, we talked about it and I had mentioned that I was just intentionally not looking to date or dating anyone. I obv know there are people who are interested in me but I didn't want to invite someone and get their hopes up. It's not fair to anyone, that'd obv be very selfish. I also dont ever mind third wheeling lol

I know I have been neglecting myself of "love" because I want to get some things in order before putting myself back out but you know what Im still in good position in my life. N-E-Way, the game was fun, I ended up meeting a fellow tumblr mutual lol.

Back to the dating app, Im using it differently this time. Im trying to be a lot more selective of who I match with just because the other time I was on it, it was VERY overwhelming. I went on a date and it was very very nice. I forget that I am also a catch and that there's GOOD PEOPLE out there. I guess Im officially back on the market LOL

I hiked! I hiked! I hiked!!! The goal is to hike 3-4 times a week from now on. Oh I've also still been on the hunt for a good bike. 48cm:Otso launches Waheela gravel bike in new carbon version

MINNEAPOLIS (BRAIN) — Otso's new Waheela C is a carbon version of its original, steel Waheela S.

The Waheela C can be set up with 29-inch, 650b, or 700c tires. A Tuning Chip dropout system allows the wheelbase to be adjusted by up to 20 mm to accommodate the chosen riding style without compromising handling.

The bike has three bottle mounts (with extra mounting points on the down tube), fender mounts, rack mounts, and mounting points on the top tube for adding a fuel tank bag. The included carbon fork is suspension adjusted so that riders can choose a suspension fork without affecting the handling. 

Otso allows customers to pick the handlebar width and stem length, wheels, tires, and drivetrain. They can also pick the anodizing color of components.

Frames are available in Gloss White, Matte Black and Gloss Red. Framesets retail for $2,049, bike start at $3,499.

The T130 keeps 130mm of travel out back from thefour-bar linkage’d carbon frame. There’s only an extra 10mm of travel up front in the form of a 140m RockShox Pike RC fork.

It seems that most trail bikes out there are heading for bigger wheels, but Whyte has kept the smaller wheels here on the T130. Fortunately the 2.6in Maxxis tyre combo mounted on to wide RaceFace ARC rims mean there’s plenty of volume and therefore grip on offer, so it didn’t feel like it lost out on top-end speed compared to some of the bigger-wheeled competitors.

Top end speed comes easily too, as Whyte has some pretty progressive numbers on offer — a 480mm reach (Large) is very long for this type of bike, especially when mated to a slack 65.5-degree head angle which punts the front wheel well out front of the handlebars.

A 330mm bottom bracket keeps weight low in the bike. This means you’re able to trust the bike to remain stable at speed over loose rocks, and weight the front wheel and drop your heels to generate a ton of front end traction for confident, predictable carving through the corners.

58cm:Norco's 2019 Section comes in three flavours and all of them look delicious

Norco’s new Section could be a one bike quiver for hardcore long-distance riders, speed freaks and everyone in between.

The new Section will come with the option of three different frame materials: high-modulus carbon fibre, Reynolds 725 steel and X6 aluminium. Available in sizes from 45.5cm to 63cm, the aluminium and carbon options share geometry figures.

The steel bikes are slightly different, but key stats such as wheelbase, reach and stack height work out the same across the sizes

How to choose the best road bike for you

While there are five dedicated women’s models there isn’t a steel women's-specific bike, although the steel frames do go down to a 48cm size.

Prices start at $1,399 for the Tiagra base-spec Aluminium bike and rise to $4,499 for the top-of-the-line Ultegra carbon.
