So awhile ago, I did a headcanon post about America and England's watches and jewelry... and I CANNOT BELIEVE that it took me until now to realize:

FUCKING JAMES BOND. Almost every watch featured in those films is instantly iconic. So here is are the ones that I think England would have (aka the ones I like the best >.>)

007 perfers dive watches. Basically every film has the character wearing at least one dive watch. I tried to pick one from each actor, but Timothy Dalton wore a Tag Heuer watch and I don't like Tag so >.> there it is. Here is a link to a blog so you can see more about the films that these are from, since I'm gonna stay in my lane and just talk about the watches.

The main brands in the franchise are Rolex, Seiko, and Omega, though some others do make an appearance.

a) Rolex Submariner Ref. 6538, 1962 - Rolex is on the list for "first dive watch" and this particular one can reach a depth of 200m, pretty impressive b) Rolex GMT Master, 1967 - I like the bezels on these the most. The Blue/Red is pretty iconic and lovingly referred to as the Superman bezel or the Pepsi bezel. c) Rolex Chronograph Ref. 6238, 1969 - very shortly after this watch, Rolex would release its iconic Daytona, so these are pretty rare d) Seiko 7549-7009, 1981 - Seiko is considered more of an economy brand compared to the luxury of Rolex and Omega, but their dive watches are top notch and can hold their own against their higher-end counterparts e) Omega Seamaster Professional 300M Ref. 2541.80, 1995 - Pierce Brosnan wore basically this watch for his entire run as Bond, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. f) Omega Seamaster 300 Ref. 233.32.31.41.21.01.001, 2015 - >.> I love this watch. It's so sexy. This one was designed specifically for the film, Spectre, which makes it instantly recognizable.

Do I think England keeps these in their own special box and tends to them himself? Yes.

Do I think America occasionally tries to get his hands on them through unscrupulous means? Yes.

Do I think England shuts that down right quick cuz nobody touches this collection? Yes.

America can gtfo with his apple watch or casio g-shock (jk jk, see the link to my headcanon post for my actual thoughts on his watches) and honestly, I can totally picture him as just as big a Bond fanboy as England so he probably has his own collection of these. XD

JAMESBONDLIFESTYLE: Seiko 7549-7009 'Golden Tuna' 600m Professional Quartz Diver

James Bond (Roger Moore) wears a Seiko 7549-7009 'Golden Tuna' 600m Professional Quartz Diver (model S60583) in the movie For Your Eyes Only (1981).

The diver's watch is worn by James Bond during the dive in the yellow submarine to the St. Georges wreck, where he and Melina Havelock (Carole Bouquet) retrieve the A.T.A.C. machine.

Even though you might not have noticed the watch before, it is actually seen quite frequently during the long scene, because Bond wears it on the outside of his yellow diving suit. Unfortunately the watch doesn't get a good close-up shot in the movie. When Bond and Melina are captured by Aristotle Kristatos (Julian Glover) and his henchmen, the watch is probably discarded and never seen again...

Có sở thích đặc biệt với những món đồ hàng hiệu. Bởi vậy, mỗi lần xuất hiện thì những chiếc đồng hồ mà James Bond dùng đều thuộc hàng siêu phẩm.

Rolex Submariner Số Hiệu 6538

Đây là chiếc đồng hồ James Bond sử dụng khi lần đầu tiên xuất hiện trên màn ảnh rộng. Từ quần áo, ô tô cho đến đồng hồ đeo tay đều là hàng hiệu. Thể hiện rõ cá tính chỉ thích hàng hiệu của nhân vật này.

Breitling Top Time

Trong lần xuất hiện ở phần phim Thunderball. James Bond vẫn sử dụng mẫu đồng hồ Rolex Submariner. Nhưng có thêm sự xuất hiện của mẫu Breitling Top Time được dùng khi cần đo bức xạ ion hóa.

Rolex Chronograph

Trong phần phim On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, nhân vật James Bond tiếp tục phô diễn những chiếc đồng hồ hàng hiệu quen thuộc là chiếc Rolex Submariner Số Hiệu 5513 và Rolex Chronograph Số hiệu 6238.

Rolex GMT Master

Ở phần The Spy Who Loved Me, thì James Bond sử dụng chiếc Rolex GMT Master. Chiếc Rolex này đảm nhận nhiệm vụ đếm chính xác thời gian từng giây khắc một cho những nhiệm vụ nghẹt thở của anh chàng điệp viên. Bên cạnh đó, còn có sự xuất hiện của Seiko 0674 LC. Chiếc đồng hồ này đảm nhận nhiệm vụ như 1 chiếc máy in những thông điệp quan trọng của Nhân vật bí danh M.

Seiko 7549-7009

Ở phần phim For Your Eyes Only. Thì chiếc đồng hồ Seiko 7549-7009 được nam điệp viên này sử dụng thường xuyên. Bởi vì phải lặn quá nhiều ở biển Aegean nên với chiếc đồng hồ có khả năng chịu nước đến độ sâu 600m này khá được James Bond yêu thích. Còn khi ở trên cạn thì anh chàng lại sử dụng chiếc Seiko H357.

Omega Seamaster Professional 300M

Trong Tomorrow Never Dies thì những chiếc đồng hồ Omega đã góp mặt vào bộ sưu tập đồng hồ của James Bond.  Cho đến phần The World Is Not Enough, thì Omega Seamaster Professional 300M đã trở thành công cụ cung cấp nguồn ánh sáng và còn là dây cáp cứu hộ khi gặp nguy hiểm cho nam điệp viên này nữa.

Còn ở phần phim Die Another Day, Omega Seamaster một lần nữa cứu sống Bond. Đó là nhờ vào chất nổ trong van heli của nó có thể được kích nổ qua bezel. Bên cạnh đó, đồng hồ này cũng có khả năng phát ra tia laser mạnh mẽ từ núm chỉnh. Giúp Bond chống lại kẻ thủ ác Gustav Graves.

Omega Seamaster 300 Spectre

Đây là chiếc đồng hồ mới nhất của điệp viên 007. Chiếc đồng hồ này xuất hiện trong phần phim Spectre gợi nhớ đến những chiếc Omega Seamaster ở những phần trước. Bond cũng đeo đồng hồ thể thao Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra trong cảnh mở đầu của Spectre.
