My typical sleep pattern these days. 😂 but hey, my 8 week-old 👶🏻 really sleeps through the night 99% of the time now and it's been like this for few weeks!!! 👊🏻 #sleephack for a baby accomplished! But I seem to be awake often because I hear him move or talk 😂 Today I am going to let him sleep in his room now... cannot wait to go back to my bedroom!!! - One remark: Around 5:30am every day he moves around a lot and makes some noise... I think he is having some dream? Not sure. This lasts for 5-10 mins then he is quiet again. Before he occasionally woke up around this time and I had to feed him but now I am teaching him to settle himself and he seems to have learnt that skill. So if he wakes up before 7am, I do: 1. Give him a chance to settle himself up to 10-15 mins (normally i can hear it when he cannot settle himself) 2. If not, give him a pacifier to settle - up to 10 mins or so 3. Cuddle/rock him in arms - up to 10 mins 4. If all the above do not work, it is normally passed 6am anyway so I just give him one breast and another at 7:30.
