Love it when I have headcanons that are just based on vibes and nothing in the text at all so I get too embarrassed to share them.
#to wit -- like the idea of Freya moving to somewhere in the northeast#so Saga grew up specifically Northern rural and therefore feels pretty at home back in Bright Falls also#A lot of her and Casey's friendship is being low on patience for 'southern bullshit'#but they started out circling each other a little bit because cheerful rural brusque and withdrawn urban brusque are different animals#just like she has a reputation as being a bit kooky he has a reputation as being temperamental and impatient#they got over it pretty quickly though.#Saga can literally read his mind so she knows Casey rarely throws his weight around without a reason#they're a quintessential odd friendship#fannish
