Izuku got chatty when he was on strong enough pain medication. This was something he knew about himself. That didn't mean he had to like it. His mom and his friends, that was fine, he told them all he loved them a lot, everyone cried on everyone because Izuku actually had come very close to not waking up at all, apparently (again). But he'd told All Might he was his dad. Which, okay, under the right circumstances, with the right clarifications, that might have been okay. But he'd told him all that childhood stuff, and about Hisashi, and— Fine. It was fine. He just had to make sure that he screened All Might's calls for the rest of his entire life, and he'd never have to— A familiar tentative knock at the door frame, and Izuku felt his face turn bright red. Yep. That about tracked.

Izuku is in the hospital and on strong enough painkillers they loosen his tongue, which goes swimmingly for everyone involved.
