Paris | 19 Haziran 2023: Uluslararası uçak kiralama şirketi Avolon, Oman’ın bütçe dostu havayolu şirketi SalamAir’e üç adet Airbus A330neo uçağı kiralamak için kesin bir taahhütte bulunduğunu duyurdu. Niyet mektubu 19 Haziran 2023 tarihinde Paris Air Show‘da imzalandı ve ilk teslimatın Ekim 2023’te gerçekleşmesi bekleniyor.

Üç yeni Airbus A330neo geniş gövdeli uçağın devreye alınması, SalamAir’e önemli avantajlar sağlayacak ve havayolu şirketinin filo ve ağ genişleme planlarını destekleyecektir. Bu modern uçaklar, 365 ekonomi sınıfı koltuğu ve 12 premium yatar koltuğuyla çift sınıf konfigürasyonuna sahip olup, yolcu konforunu ve kapasitesini artırmaktadır. A330neo, SalamAir‘in mevcut filosuna göre önemli bir mesafe artışı sunmaktadır.

A330neo’nun dikkate değer bir avantajı, geliştirilmiş yakıt verimliliğidir, bu da önceki nesil uçaklara kıyasla azaltılmış yakıt tüketimi ve daha düşük CO2 emisyonlarına yol açar. Russia claims that RAF's RC-135W invaded its airspace

A Royal British Air Force (RAF) RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft illegally crossed the Russian state border in the Arctic area of Cape Svyatoy Nos, as stated by the Russian Ministry of Defense on Monday (15/08).

The RAF, for its part, reported that the RC-135 intelligence collection aircraft 'Rivet Joint' operated in international airspace near the headquarters of the Northern Russian Fleet during a monitoring mission.

The aircraft, tail number 'ZZ664', flying as indicative 'RRR7255', departed from the UK early on the 15th and headed north, was refueled over the North Sea by a KC-135 of the U.S. Air Force of RAF Mildenhall before flying over Norway and then descending to the Kola Peninsula, near Murmansk.

The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the British plane was "intercepted" by a MiG-31BM over the Barents Sea, near the main base of the navy's northern fleet, forcing the British plane to leave Russian territory.

It is rare for military planes of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to violate Russia's airspace.

And the monitoring flight is nothing new. The United Kingdom has long collected information about Russian forces since long before the invasion of Ukraine, and it should be noted that these flights are designed to be visible so that the public and Russia know what they are happening.
