22/03/2023 - VE Updates from Twitter

They haven't been posted to Tumblr or the DCRC website yet (As far as I know anyway), so here's the Twitter posts about general DCRC and VE happenings. If these are somewhat out of order, blame Twitter dot com.

3/22 PROJECT UPDATE NO. 1: WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE A3A1 WALKAROUND?

Well, quite a bit! We've been chipping away at progress with it in the background between everything else. There's been headway on a lot of the barebones elements, like that FAR FROM FINAL battle UI mock up in the tweet above. The game itself is planned and has a decent bit of writing and concept art attached to it, but it's going to need time for development. Once we get to where it happens, expect there to be another long break so we can hyperfocus on it. Here's a couple writing snippets that avstinado did! Along with some concept art by arachonteur and nezrigida.

This is also the reason why we opted to go the non-linear route with Arcjec and Taz's story in the comic. We'll be circling back to what they did beforehand to get to where they currently are in this walkaround! It'll definitely answer a lot of lingering questions.
