Gotta say, I really love the two new episodes. Spoiler alert.

Alright, so the first one, Love Toboggan, I thought was really funny. Honestly, the bit that caught me off guard the first time around the most was when Mr. Murphy started talking about how there was only so much that could go wrong with snow, as apposed to concrete, which is the worst. One, it was cute when Milo agreed immediately, two, I just really wasn’t expecting someone to be like ‘fuck concrete’ (my brain tends to simplify things and run it through a very vulgar filter) in this episode. Also was not expecting Milo to straight up start singing a love song, that was adorable. Nice of him to try to make it less awkward for them. Milo is a good little brother.

But the Island of Lost Dakotas! I did not think I was going to like it as much as I did. Normally, I would have an issue with how separate the two plots are, but since they link them together at the end with the shoes, I’m cool with it. Yeah, that’s all it takes for me. I did not know that I needed to know why Milo wears slippers, but I’m glad I know. Also, seeing little Milo trying to tie his shoes and failing is the second most adorable thing I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen lots of adorable things. Can’t wait to get some screenshots of that. And also… Dakota… My third favorite character, Dakota. You gotta love this whole system he start of saving Cavendish and spending his original self off to an island. He really does care about him, even if the way he best expresses that is 'it’s Cavendish, what are ya gonna do?’ So sweet. I do wonder when he started doing this, though, I assume it was a long time ago.

But there was just one thing that irked me… The mayor. Are they in Danville or not!? Because we’ve seen Danville stuff in the show a few times, right? And they just supposed to be a few neighborhoods away. So like, are just in a really close town? Or was Rodger recently replaced as mayor by that guy? Is that why he was so fussy about Murphy’s Law happenings? Cause he is new? Aggghhhhhhhh. It’s not an episode killing thing, though.
