Monet & Goyon 1950 Model “R4” 250cc

In 1916, in the middle of the first world war, engineer Joseph Monet and Adrien Goyon, a wealthy inhabitant of the French town of Mȃcon formed a partnership with the aim to start the production of three wheeled vehicles for handicapped and immobilized people: a market that would be fast growing till the end of the war in 1918.

The firm of Monet & Goyon was established on April 2, 1917. Business went well, and in 1919 a motorized version of their vehicle was brought out, powered by a 117 cc motorized wheel. From 1921 on the company fitted the popular British Villiers two stroke engines and from October 1922 the range was extended with conventional motorcycles. The company became very successful in races with specially tuned Villiers engines; they won the French championship every year between 1924 and 1927. In 1930 the make of Koehler-Escoffier was taken over and during the thirties the models of both makes became more and more alike.

From 1931 till the end of M&G production in 1959 the Villiers engines were made under license in the factory in Mâcon. From 1925 on MAG engines were also built in, even to such an extent that M&G became a top customer of the Swiss factory.

The years after world war II were not so successful and the company stopped production in 1959. This Sporty 250 stands out because of its excellent authentic condition, with its original enamel still in good condition. The machine has a thirties look, but was actually made in 1950. The 250 sports model with hairpin valve springs was introduced in 1935 and was continued till the outbreak of war as the ALS3; in 1949 and 1950 a number of these machines were marketed again but now under the R4 model code. This R4 is very complete with full electric lighting equipment and speedometer and is a good runner. She comes with 4-speed gearbox and new tyres

EVOS Terus Mendominasi di Pekan ke-2 ASL S3! - Baru saja minggu kedua turnamen Arena of Valor Star League (ASL) telah selesai dijalankan. ASL musim ini kian menarik loh sobat gamers! Karena, banyak talenta baru yang bermunculan untuk beradu dalam kompetisi yang ketat demi memperebutkan gelar regu AOV nomor 1 di Indonesia.

Dari banyaknya regu yang berpartisipasi, ada satu regu yang minim perombakan roster adalah regu EVOS Esports. Regu ini adalah sang pemenang bertahan ASL yang hanya menambahkan Gilang “Fall” Dwi Fallah saja sebagai midlaner. Terbukti, dengan rosternya yang seperti ketika ini, EVOS Esports telah menandakan bahwa mereka telah mewujudkan daya kerja yang stabil. Malah, posisinya di puncak klasemen sukses dikokohkan dengan perolehan 12 poin. Akan tetapi, EVOS yang melawan BOOM.ID pada minggu ini, sempat terpleset satu kali. Tetapi, konsisten saja mereka sukses membalikkan keadaan dan memenangkan pertandingan dengan poin 2-1.

Selain itu, ada juga pertarungan klasemen papan tengah yang tak kalah menarik karena absensi regu Comeback. Regu ini adalah kuda hitam yang baru muncul pada musim ini tetapi telah menjadi penantang keras organisasi-organisasi besar yang telah lama bertengger di arena AOV, seperti SES, Bigetron, ataupun DG Esports.

Comeback yang berisikan pemain-pemain baru malah menandakan bahwa mereka juga bisa bicara banyak di dalam liga kasta utama. Apalagi, minggu ini mereka bertanding sebanyak tiga kali melawan Bigetron, SES dan BOOM.ID. Dari seluruh rangkaian pertandingan, ada satu yang paling mendebarkan, adalah pertandingan antara Comeback melawan BOOM.ID.

Dalam seri best of 3 itu, Comeback terpeleset di game pertama karena satu kesalahan dalam teamfight-nya. Dimana 4 pemain Comeback secara bersamaan terkena stun Ormar dari BOOM.Fracel dan dalam satu tarikan nafas Comeback malah terkena wipeout. BOOM.ID malah konsentrasi push mid dan langsung memenangkan permainan pertama. Untungnya, dua permainan selanjutnya Comeback bisa membalas kesalahan tersebut dan memenangkannya secara beruntun dengan poin akhir 2-1.

Melalui kemenangannya tersebut, Comeback bisa menempati posisi ke-4 dan mendapat 6 poin yang berimbang dengan poin milik BOOM.ID. Tetapi, sebelumnya mereka telah lewat perjalanan dengan dua kali menang dan dua kali kalah dari empat partai pertandingan yang dijalani. Nah, berikut ini adalah keadaan klasemen ASL Season 3 setelah pertandingan yang panas di minggu kedua:

Ketujuh regu Arena of Valor terbaik se-Indonesia masih seharusnya berjuang selama 6 minggu untuk memastikan 4 slot di babak playoff yang diselenggarakan tatap muka pada pertengahan September 2019 dalam liga dengan teladan round-robin. Oh ya, turnamen gelaran ASL Season 3 yang diselenggarakan oleh ESL dan didorong oleh Mercedez sebagai Premium Sponsor serta Garena Indonesia selaku Official Partner menyuguhkan total hadiah sebesar 1 Miliar Rupiah. Saat ini, turnamen masih menyisakan 4 minggu pertandingan dengan jadwal komplit yang bisa diamati di bawah ini:

Being an Al-accumulating crop, buckwheat detoxifies and tolerates Al not only in roots but also in leaves. While much progress has recently been made toward Al toxicity and resistance mechanisms in roots, little is known about the molecular basis responsible for detoxification and tolerance processes in leaves. Here, we carried out transcriptome analysis of buckwheat leaves in response to Al stress (20 µM, 24 h). We obtained 33,931 unigenes with 26,300 unigenes annotated in the NCBI database, and identified 1063 upregulated and 944 downregulated genes under Al stress. Functional category analysis revealed that genes related to protein translation, processing, degradation and metabolism comprised the biological processes most affected by Al, suggesting that buckwheat leaves maintain flexibility under Al stress by rapidly reprogramming their physiology and metabolism. Analysis of genes related to transcription regulation revealed that a large proportion of chromatin-regulation genes are specifically downregulated by Al stress, whereas transcription factor genes are overwhelmingly upregulated. Furthermore, we identified 78 upregulated and 22 downregulated genes that encode transporters. Intriguingly, only a few genes were overlapped with root Al-regulated transporter genes, which include homologs of AtMATE, ALS1, STAR1, ALS3 and a divalent ion symporter. In addition, we identified a subset of genes involved in development, in which genes associated with flowering regulation were important. Based on these data, it is proposed that buckwheat leaves develop conserved and distinct mechanisms to cope with Al toxicity.
