His gaze shifted to hers, confusion furrowing his brow for a moment before he looked down and then sighed. "Dammit."

The bandages wrapped around his chest and upper torso had red blossoming in a diagonal line across them. Clearly, he'd moved too much again and split a stitch or something. Not that he was surprised. His chest was still sore not only from the initial blow Mihawk had given him but also from the over-exertion he'd put it through in Arlong Park.

Looking back up at her he added. "I'm fine."

The words earned the stranger a raised eyebrow from the pirate captain. He hadn't sensed any presence following him, nor had he gotten any indication that there was any danger coming his way. From his training and time at sea Hiru had built up a good sense of his surroundings and awareness of those around him in general. Even though he did give off a more comfortable air about him, since with his goal of helping people he had to be approachable to make it easier to connect with others, his sharpened senses were still almost always active.

Furthermore, if someone had happened to slip passed his awareness, Hiru was more than capable as a fighter to take care of himself. Not only with hand to hand combat but also with his devil fruit abilities. So he had to wonder what the stranger's angle was. Were they attempting to use him as a mark given his more friendly and non threatening outward appearance to lure him away with the idea of there being a threat on him? Or maybe, just maybe even with Hiru's battle instincts someone had slipped passed any awareness he would have had of their presence and this person was genuinely trying to help?

Hiru chewed the thought over for a brief moment before deciding to ultimately follow the woman. If the latter case were true and someone truly was following him and he hadn't been aware of them, then there was a chance he really was in danger, and if it turned out to be a trick, then he'd be ready for whatever would be thrown his way. Either way he was better to air on the safe side. So he would look over to the stranger and give her a friendly smile, doing as she had said in pretending to know her. "Ya know ya somehow always know exactly the right thing to say at the exact times I need to hear it." He'd chuckle following behind her as was the other instruction.

Once they were more or less isolated Hiru would finally ask, "So who did ya catch following me?"

sparks crawl up their arms as they activate their devil fruit powers, re-assembling a broken cannon with a swipe of their hand & causing it to fire with a punch, the cannonball sailing with a burning - blue comet tail.

" i'm out of my depth here," the mechanic admits, adjusting their glasses as they turn to face the pirate, "so i'll defer to your expertise, captain. where do you want me? "

Despite their reputation Morgan didn't ever go looking for fights, people have come to them thinking they could take on Morgan, only to end up mortally wounded or burnt alive - not that Morgan has a lot of say on who does or doesn't get burnt to a crisp. Though, Morgan has learnt over the years to not care about life or death, everything is about survival. "Haven't graced your path yet," Morgan muses, a smile upon their lips, there is no malice upon their words the sea is a big place after all, "Not that I have any ill towards you nor your crew." After all, Morgan prefers allies over enemies in the long run.

How are you mun or mods doing? It's so nice to see this rebooted just curious do you know what aquapirates new channel is if you subbed to it before she vanished? I could use a link if you have it

I have no idea about aquapirate or the whereabouts of the original Fazbear Daycare blog creator. 

What I know is that aquapirate simply did a voiceover of the original comic, but they did not own/create it. They eventually gave their Youtube account to someone else and was not heard from again as far as I know. Maybe they got pressured to leave because of the high demand for a new FBDC video? The fact they couldn’t make more videos due to a lack of comics could be why.

I did a search for the original creator of FBDC but couldn’t find anything on them. All their accounts have been deactivated/ had all their contents deleted, sadly. Nobody has heard from them in years, along with aquapirate. 

There was a comment from the original FBDC blog that said “coming soon,” but that comment was made many years ago without any other activity from them, so the previously mentioned statement still holds true.

Glancing to the side so that he could take the other in, a barrel of meat propped on his shoulder as he carried it back to the dock, he arched one brow at the stranger. Why did it matter to him if they were being followed? Though, having been followed before he supposed he could understand the warning.

Gaze shifting forward once more his pace remained even and unhurried. Looking for all the world as if he knew who she was and they were both now headed back to their ship. She was clearly a pirate as well so he might as well help out a fellow lawbreaker.

He tried one more time before giving up and stilling. Somehow the bar fight Luffy had caused resulted in him flying through the air to crash into a table after taking a hit from a fishman. Resulting in shards of glass from a broken bottle finding their way into his shoulder. None of them were too deep, the pain mild compared to what he'd suffered before, but damn they were annoying. And just out of reach.
