I'm a product of those who are no longer here, perhaps my biggest inspiration is Richard Dadd, the devine maximalism of his works has changed me eternal. Zdzisław Beksiński engraved a sense of longing in me that I always fight towards; the longing of his pieces keeps me pursuing; H.R Geigers work undoubtingly planted the desire in me early in my youth and I feel indebted to transition to forms so abstract as his, in time! undoubtably many other musical artists visions also greatly inspire me, Allie X, Ethel Cain, Eartheater, Lady gaga namely. I think a synopsis is a jpeg uploaded to an early internet forum of a painting found without a name attached, the artifacts of compression integral to the piece now. Or the paintings of Minecraft, distorted and mendable to interpretation; digitally remembered only.

I'd not want to muddy the water of my works with my interpretation, they are for the world to understand in it's own way; for me however they are longings and desires, un-obtainable and effervescent dreams after the fact, what can't be and only ever was in fantasy. for in pain, there is clarity.

Love your art! Do you paint in photoshop? Your brush work looks like the mixer brush tool

I haven't been partial to photoshop for painting, thought I may reconsider one day! I like switching tools as I feel stiffness taking over; for quite some time now I have been using Drawpile and Procreate.
