UAS Club Meeting

Hello all anime fans! The UMBC Anime Society is having another one of our weekly meetings. As usual, we’re meeting in Admin 101 at 6 PM lasting until 11 PM.

In other news, next week’s meeting is Officer Elections night! Be prepared to vote for who you think should be President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. The voting will take place during the meeting next week.

Also, Marathon is coming up really fast! Marathon is happening this semester on May 12-13th from 7 PM to 7 PM. Start planning for it soon!

Greetings all anime fans. The UMBC Anime Society is meeting in Admin 101 at 6PM again this week. We’re going to kick off spring break the only way we know how: having fun watching anime!

Last Regular Meeting of the Semester and Marathon Next Week

Another semester is coming to a close, and that means that tonight is the last regular meeting of the semester for the UMBC Anime Society. We’re meeting at 6 PM in Admin 101. Be ready to suggest series for BYOA!

Next week is Marathon! Marathon is taking place May 12-13th from 7 PM -7 PM. The location is Lecture Hall 5, Engineering 027. If you’re planning on staying the whole time, bring something to sleep with. (Like a blanket and pillow or sleeping bag, or some such). Some things to consider bringing: Any electronics you wish to use, their chargers, and anime to share for BYOA. If you’re feeling generous, feel free to donate money, snacks or anime-related goods.

UAS Club Meeting

Hello anime fans, another week has come to a close, and that means it’s time to meet up for the week. UMBC Anime Society is meeting as usual in Admin 101 at 6 PM. Last week was elections, and for those of you who were unable to come and vote, next year’s officer board is as follows: Tim Regan will be President, Kelvin Thompson will be Vice-President, Andrew Kogut will be Treasurer, and Anthony Puvimanasinghe will be Secretary. Marathon is also coming up fast, it’s on May 12-13th from 7 PM to 7 PM. That’s only a few weeks away, so plan ahead! We hope to see you then, and also tonight!

ELECTION NIGHT

Hello all you constituents! It is time for another weekly meeting, and this one is a bit special. We’re meeting in our usual place, Admin 101 at 6 PM, but tonight we’re going to be voting on who will be the leaders of the club next year. If you want to vote on the potential officers, be sure to be on time, since we’ll begin voting at around 7:30 PM. Coming up really soon will be Marathon, which is on May 12-13th 7 PM - 7 PM in Lecture hall 5, Engineering 027. Make sure to prepare for a good time on those days.

UAS Meeting

Another week has come to its exciting climactic event! The UMBC anime society is meeting once more in Admin 101 at 6 PM!! We’ll be watching our regular weekly showings, and be sure to either bring some physical disks or look through Crunchyroll for something to vote for in BYOA. As a reminder, 24 Hours of Anime is May 12-13th 7 PM - 7 PM in Engineering 027 Lecture Hall 05. Election day for new officers is April 21st in Admin 101 during our regular meeting time.

UAS Weekly Meeting

The time has come around once again for our weekly meeting! Admin 101 at 6 PM. If you missed the meeting on the Friday before the break, don’t worry! We had a really short meeting and only had two BYOA blocks, so no one missed the weekly showings. Tonight’s meeting has a theme. Anime Legends. Tonight’s BYOA section will be only shows 15 years or older. So any show that aired/started after December 31st 2002 is no go. Bring your DVDs or browse the Crunchy-catalogue for those golden oldies.

Super Secret BYOA Meeting Tonight

Hello anime fans! We hope you had a great summer, and we are so excited to welcome you back on campus! Tonight we will be having an unofficial meeting in ADMIN101 (and Discord!) starting at 6pm. The meeting will run until 11pm, and we will be hosting five rounds of Bring Your Own Anime (BYOA), where you can suggest anime for us to watch and we vote as a club what we want to watch for that hour!
