Just once. I think it would be funny for a villain to, like, break a character's hand/cut it off/incapacitate that specific apendage
Only for the hero to be like, "Well, yeah. Obviously that hurts and is going to be a problem I'll have to deal with. But. I'm lefthanded. Dude, did you seriously make an insanely risky maneuver just to get close enough to do that and you didn't even get the right hand?"
And then while the villain is questioning their life choices the hero can knock them out or something
