Changing Printing Techniques

Although in 1960 Penn was again photographing extensively for the magazine, he grew increasingly disappointed by the way his photographs appeared on the page, commenting that he even avoided looking at them because "they hurt too much." His solution to this predicament was to quietly pioneer a revival of earlier printing techniques, revolutionary for a time when photographic prints were not considered artistic objects.

The process: *I approach these wearable objects as I would a “painting or sculpture”. I create the masks for the individual/person. *Most all of "displayed Images/masks" are already collected/sold - a custom mask will be created for you. 

*Primarily* I choose all aspects of for the mask, fabric choice and and all. The basic shape of the mask will most likely be the same design displayed in the images.of course with variations “custom”. COLORS: Let me know your favorIte colors - your face mask will be made guided by your choice of favorIte range of colors. Or you can choose to enjoy the fun of the surprise!
