Since we're going to have a loser's bracket, here's a few of my favorite chuunis that lost in round 1! I won't cover all of them but you can always check the character notes for more info

Asselin BB II (BB is short for Beelzebuth) is an award-winning chef. Despite his talents, his obnoxious chuuni personality got him fired, leaving him to sit outside in the rain like a sad little cat. He's now part of Cafe Parade, a cafe-themed idol unit. He never had friends before joining said unit.

Kyokuya is. Possibly one of the edgiest of our edgelord chuunis, and with that one of the cringiest. Him teaching the art of the Phantom has led to an epidemic of people making their own overdramatic speeches and taking on edgy nicknames. Calls his speeches "Arias" and says that it's integral that they're recited mid-battle.

Touhou has no shortage of chuunis, and Remilia is the most famous. She claims to manipulate fate, but her little sister implies that she made it up to avoid admitting defeat. Fun fact, she's also possibly the first example of the young-looking vampire dressed in lolita clothing trope!
