Okay I figured how to fix it, I got lucky I came across it like this. You pretty much just need the BTRoblox extension for chrome so you’ll need a computer. Open Roblox through a tab and use the extension and it allows you to change to 17+ on parental controls. Idk why, but it worked for me no issue. I’m assuming it’s the extension.

When I click on the extension in browser, nothing happens. When I log into websites, it doesn't ask to save. I have tried reinstalling the extension, but still doesn't work. I been using it since long time, just today it won't work. My guess is latest version of Chrome is culprit, which was updated within last week
