11. Hockenheimer Nacht der Musik 2024 Early-Bird-Ticket Start ab Mittwoch, 07.08.2024 für Freitag, 04. Oktober 2024 Hockenheimer Nacht der Musik Aufgepasst, am Freitag, den 04. Oktober geht die Hockenheimer Nacht der Musik getreu dem Motto „Raus aus dem Alltag – Rein ins Musik- vergnügen“ in die 11. Runde! Hockenheim lädt zum Tanzen, Feiern und Spaß haben ein. An diesem Abend verwandelt sich die Hockenheimer Innenstadt in eine Partymeile aller Altersklassen! Die allseits beliebte „HoNaMu“ erstreckt sich in diesem Jahr über 11 Spielstätten: Beginnend vom Wahrzeichen der Stadt, dem Wasserturm in Kooperation mit Danny’s Eventservice und den Stadtwerken Hockenheim in der Karlsruher Straße, vorbei am Atelier Späth und Café Lato, über die Fortuna-Kreuzung hinweg zum Wirtshaus Güldenen Engel und Bistro Karibik bis hin zum TASTE Hotel in der Heidelberger Straße. In der Stadthalle sorgen gleich zwei Spielstätten in diesem Jahr für einen unvergesslichen Musikabend – zum einen das Restaurant Rondeau mit coolen Drinks und Snacks und zum anderen der Kleine Saal in der Stadthalle Hockenheim. Besonders freuen wir uns, dass nach einer längeren Pause, das Lutherhaus wieder mit von Partie ist. „Ein großes Dankeschön gilt hier der evangelischen Kirche in Kooperation der Feuerwehr Hockenheim für Ihre Unterstützung“, so die Projektleiterin Sandra Kurz, der Stadthalle Hockenheim. Last but not least geht es in der Zehntscheune wieder heiß und rockig zu und für beste Unterhaltung wird garantiert. Sandro Camilleri von der Trattoria Aquaria sorgt auch in diesem Jahr für das leibliche Wohl und einen rundum gelungenen Abend. McDonald`s im Talhaus macht den Abschluss der insgesamt 11 Locations – coole Hits handgemachter Livemusik sorgen für ausgelassene Stimmung. - 2 - Programm: Quer durch die Stadt locken insgesamt 11 Music Acts / Bands, die ein buntgemischtes Repertoire musikalischer Unterhaltung mitbringen, zu einem einmaligen Event und garantieren für einen unvergesslichen Abend. Aus zahlreichen Bewerbern konnten wir wieder großartige Künstler aus Hockenheim und der Region für die „HoNaMu“ gewinnen. Alle fiebern mit großem Enthusiasmus und Begeisterung dem Abend entgegen“, erzählt Projektleiterin Sandra Kurz. Rock-, Pop- und Partymusik der letzten Jahrzehnte bis heute stehen in den Locations auf dem Programm – mal laut, mal ruhig, mal chillig – bis hin zur Kunst der Akkordeonmusik im Atelier Späth. Wie immer pünktlich um 20.00 Uhr fällt der Startschuss gleichzeitig in allen Spielstätten - Einlass ist überall ab 19.00 Uhr. Es werden vier Sets à 40 Minuten gespielt. Die 20 minütigen Pausen dazwischen geben allen Besuchern die Möglichkeit für einen Ortswechsel und / oder Versorgung des leiblichen Wohls. Der Abend bietet eine kulinarische Vielfalt, so sind in allen Locations individuelle Getränke und Snacks auf die Hand erhältlich. Im Underberg Stammhaus in Rheinberg ging es nicht nur um das berühmte Kultgetränk und seine Historie. Nach dem Rundgang durch die Keller und den Kräutergarten tauchten die Unternehmerinnen in die digitale Welt ein. Netzwerkmitglied Jessica Saum, Geschäftsführerin der Communibit Werbeargentur in Wesel, verknüpfte die Tradition mit der aktuellen Debatte um künstliche Intelligenz. The investment amount for this project is ₹ 4,640 crore and the unit will produce 30,000 e-buses and trucks per year. Festlicher Glanz beim 21. Sternschnuppenmarkt in Wiesbaden
Der 21. Sternschnuppenmarkt ín Wiesbaden öffnet ab Dienstag, 28. November, seine beleuchteten Tore und lädt zum Genuss des vorweihnachtlichen Treibens in stimmungsvoller Atmosphäre ein.
„Die offizielle Eröffnung findet am Dienstag, 28. November, um 18 Uhr auf der Bühne vor dem Rathaus neben unserem 27 Meter hohen und mit rund 30.000 Lichtern geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum statt“, kündigt Bürgermeisterin Christiane Hinninger an. Der Baum trägt den Namen Noah. Dies ist der bisher am häufigsten gewählte Jungenname für Neugeborene in Wiesbaden in diesem Jahr. Letztes Jahr trug der Baum den 2022 am häufigsten gewählten Mädchennamen Emilia.
Neu ist in diesem Jahr „Wiesbaden on Ice“, die von der Sporthilfe Wiesbaden betriebene größte mobile Eisfläche Deutschlands. Auf dem Bowling Green vor dem Kurhaus wird auf 2.500 Quadratmetern ein eisiges Vergnügen geboten. Der Sternschnuppenmarkt umfasst 102 Stände, davon 79 Verkaufsstände mit einem kunsthandwerklichen Angebot, 22 gastronomische Stände mit kulinarischen Leckereien und Getränken sowie das traditionelle Kinderkarussell. Zudem wird die Krippe größer und offener gestaltet als in den Vorjahren.
Für die festliche und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung des Sternschnuppenmarktes sorgen 21 große beleuchtete Lilien und die vier illuminierten und mit Leuchtschrift versehenen Tore an den Eingängen zum Markt. Außerdem gibt es 20 kleinen Lilien in der Fußgängerzone und 51 Lilien in der Wilhelmstraße. Zusätzlich sorgen Sterne, Schneeflocken und Lichterketten in Bäumen für glanzvolle Effekte.  „Natürlich kommen bei der Beleuchtung des Sternschnuppenmarktes, wie bei allen unseren Lichteffekten der Weihnachtszeit, umweltfreundliche LED-Lichterketten und LED-Leuchtmittel zum Einsatz“, erläutert Bürgermeisterin Hinninger und betont die damit verbundene Nachhaltigkeit. Nachhaltigkeit steht auch bei der neuen Glühweintasse im Fokus, die nicht mehr aus Keramik, sondern aus in Europa gefertigtem satinierten Glas besteht. Die Tasse ziert in diesem Jahr das Motiv des Wiesbadener Rathauses und ist in der Wiesbaden Tourist Information für 3 Euro erhältlich.
„Zum vorweihnachtlichen Wiesbaden gehört neben dem Sternschnuppenmarkt und dem Kinder-Sternschnuppenmarkt auch die WinterStubb mit Riesenrad auf dem Mauritiusplatz“, betont Simon Rottloff, Prokurist bei der Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH und dort für Outdoor-Veranstaltungen verantwortlich. Auch die WinterStubb mit Riesenrad eröffnet am 28. November und bleibt – wie der Kinder-Sternschnuppenmarkt und „Wiesbaden on Ice“ – bis zum 14. Januar 2024 geöffnet.
An den Dezembersamstagen bis Weihnachten kann in Wiesbaden kostenfrei Bus gefahren werden. Dieser kostenfreie Service gilt ab Samstag, 2. Dezember, für alle Buslinien im Netz von ESWE Verkehr im Wiesbadener Stadtgebiet.

Kostenloses Mobilitätstraining für Senioren Gemeinsame Aktion von Stadt und BRN: Sicher unterwegs in Bus und Bahn Senioren fühlen sich häufig unsicher, wenn es darum geht öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Da gibt es die Angst beim Ein- oder Aussteigen nicht schnell genug zu sein, in den Bustüren eingeklemmt zu werden oder gar zu stürzen oder man fühlt sich mit der Planung einer Fahrt schon überfordert. Unter dem Motto „Mobil bleiben mit Bus und Bahn“ bieten die Stadt Schwetzingen und BRN Busverkehr Rhein-Neckar GmbH ein Mobilitätstraining für Senioren an, das solche Unsicherheiten und Ängste aufgreift. In kleiner Runde lernen Senioren, wo sie Auskünfte zu Fahrplänen und Fahrkarten im Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (VRN) erhalten und selbstständig Fahrten zu planen. Anschließend steht ein Sicherheitstraining auf dem Programm. Hier lernen die Teilnehmer in praktischen Übungen sicher an der Haltestelle zu warten, sicher einzusteigen, sich sicher im Bus zu bewegen, sicher zu sitzen und zu stehen, sicher auszusteigen und die Straße zu überqueren. Während des Trainings haben Senioren ausreichend Zeit, die einzelnen Etappen einer Busfahrt in aller Ruhe zu üben. Auch Senioren, die auf eine Gehhilfe oder einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind, sind beim Mobilitätstraining willkommen. Das Mobilitätstraining ist kostenlos. Initiiert und finanziert wird es vom VRN. Anmeldung bis 20. Oktober Das Mobilitätstraining für Senioren findet statt am Montag, 23. Oktober, um 13.30 Uhr im Palais Hirsch, Schlossplatz 2.
