Getting a government college is just a story of hard work, concentration, dedication, strong concept and memory. BasicFirst App is helping students to crack NEET entrance with ease.
Puddling into the season of a competitive race, we find NEET to be the most difficult entrance examination. Many students waste a lot of their time deciding the best combination of books. Fail to do so results in wrong selection of books and students fail to secure a good rank despite of intensive hard work. So, it starts with creating a right plan to crack NEET entrance exam. A common question among students is if NCERT sufficient for NEET? The answer is brief and apt, NCERT paves way for the foundation of curriculum, the syllabus of NEET is based on the NCERT syllabus of Class XI and XII with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as primary subjects. NCERT for NEET is like a religion one must follow. NCERT for XI and XII not only clears the concepts but also helps in building confidence, once a student gets a conviction in solving NCERT problems, he is already halfway there. As per stats, more than 50% of questions of NEET come directly from NCERT. It is mandatory that one follows NCERT to crack NEET.
Well, NCERT books for NEET preparation is not sufficient, it is the foundation but don't serve to be the great height of the building. One needs to take help from other books as well and constantly practice from sample books to get on the track of writing NEET exam. Practicing multiple choice questions in scheduled time can help one crack the NEET exam. There is a long list of books to prepare for NEET, here are some other important books:

Online coaching help aspirants continue with their preparation at home - Times of India

Online coaching help aspirants continue with their preparation at home - Times of India

It is time to stay home but at the same time one cannot compromise on their studies due to pandemic
Had it not been the lockdown due to Coronavirus, most students would be spending their time preparing for an entrance exam with the support of coaching institutes. JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET-UG were some of the prominent entrance exams that were lined up in this season. Although the dates of these exams have been differed, the students are using this time to learn through online coaching mode that most coaching institutions have switched to. “It is time to stay home but at the same time, one cannot compromise on their studies due to pandemic. The examinations have been deferred temporarily so students need to stay focused on their study schedule,” says Vishnu Dutt Sharma, CEO, Vidyamandir Classes.
“Our faculties and students stay connected through digital platforms. Live interactive and recorded video lectures have been made available to students,” says Sharma. He adds that most of our students are equipped with gadgets needed for online classes so the transformation is seamless. Problem is only with students from Jammu and Kashmir, who are facing problem due to limited internet connectivity and lack of 3G and 4G services.
Responding to a question on further extension of lockdown, Sharma says that we are prepared to conduct online classes for the next six months to deal with the situation if it persists.
Soon after the lockdown, FIITJEE converted its regular offline classes to online mode for both new and old batches. “With the help of technology and initial training for the faculties, our academic cycle has started as per schedule,” says Partha Halder, centre-head, FIIT JEE, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi.
“Live classes and video tutorials, soft copies of the study materials are given to students to continue their study schedule,” says Halder. This is not at par with the classroom coaching as there is no face-to-face interaction between teacher and students.
Edtech platforms such as GuruQ, BasicFirst are coming into prominence to meet the increasing demand for personal online-tutoring during the COVID-19 crisis. GuruQ has developed its interface to facilitate a user-friendly interaction between students and tutors.
In addition to helping students to prepare for their exams, these edtech platforms are also offering professional courses. GuruQ has witnessed more than 900 enrollments in foreign language programmes.
“There has been around 70% to 80% increase in demand for online tuitions soon after the lockdown. Students from both metro and Tier II, III cities are inclined towards online coaching. Technological advancement has made e-tuition as interactive as offline tuition,” says Minal Anand CEO, GuruQ, a tutoring platform.
A ‘Doubt Clearing App’ has also been launched by Basic First to resolve doubts through live sessions with teachers via in-app chatting. The app caters to students from classes VI to XII and those preparing for JEE Main, JEE-Advanced, NEET, AIIMS, NTSE, Olympiads and more.
“A significant number of registrations from both urban and rural areas have been noticed on the ‘Doubt Clearing app’. Most of the students have opted for subjects from the Science stream, especially Mathematics. We want to do more than just offer solutions to textbook questions, we want to nurture a child and drive a holistic programme,” says Randhir Kumar, CEO, BasicFirst.
