From Promise to Performance: The Raw
The Raw marks my first venture into local skincare brands. I had always been cautious about homegrown products, having encountered too many 'timbang kilo' options in the market. It’s no secret how risky those can be. But The Raw has quickly made its mark as a standout brand, earning a place not only in Malaysia’s beauty scene but also in my heart. It’s genuinely refreshing to see a local brand setting a new standard with its focus on quality and effectiveness.
Cleanser
Rough & Bumpy Ceramides Cleanser (Oily-Combination Skin)
Target concerns: Damaged skin barrier, sensitive skin.
Ingredients Overview: Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Niacinamide (1%), Ceramide EOP, Ceramide NS, Ceramide NP, Ceramide AS, Ceramide AP, Hydrocotyle Asiatica (Centella Asiatica) Extract, Polygonum Cuspidatum Root Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis (Chinese Skullcap) Root Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, 2.3 Butanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Cholesterol, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Glyceryl Stearate, Dipropylene Glycol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Salicylic Acid (0.5%), Lactic Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone & Methylisothiazolinone.
Verdict: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have worked my way through two bottles of this cleanser, and honestly, each one lasted a good 3-4 months, depending on how much I used. It has easily become one of my go-to cleansers, and I cannot deny how much I enjoyed it. But being a dry skin girlie I am, I quickly learned that using this on the same day as my exfoliator was a big no-no. The combination of both was just too much for my skin barrier to handle. Even on days I wasn’t exfoliating, I found I had to limit this cleanser to 2-3 times a week for it to work best without causing any irritation.
2. Hydrating Ceramides Cleanser (Dry Skin)
Target concerns: Damaged skin barrier, sensitive skin.
Ingredients Overview: Aqua, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Niacinamide, Squalane, Butylene Glycol, Ceramide NP, Ceramide NS, Ceramide AS, Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOP, Hydrocotyle Asiatica (Centella Asiatica) Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Polygonum Cuspidatum Root Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis (Chinese Skullcap) Root Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Panthenol, Cholesterol, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide, Glyceryl Stearate, Caprylyl Glycol, 2.3 Butanediol, Dipropylene, Hydroxyacetophenone, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.
Verdict: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This cleanser feels almost like applying a moisturizing lotion—just in the form of a cleanser. It is incredibly gentle and does a fantastic job of keeping my skin from feeling parched, which is absolutely essential. That said, between this cleanser and Nuuha’s, I lean towards Nuuha solely because of its foamy texture.
Moisturizer

Verdict: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This gem is an absolute game-changer for anyone struggling with a compromised skin barrier. I cannot rave enough about how it has become an essential part of my skincare routine <3
From the moment you apply it, you will notice how effortlessly it glides on. Its non-greasy, lightweight formula feels like a breath of fresh air. There’s no heavy residue—just pure, nourishing goodness. What sets this moisturizer apart is its powerhouse blend of 7 types of ceramides, essential fatty acids, and cholesterol. My skin has never felt so balanced and supple, and I have genuinely seen a noticeable improvement in its texture and overall health.

Coconut Free Skin Care Market Projections: Global Industry Analysis and Forecast (2023-2032)
Tumblr media
The Coconut Free Skin Care market is projected to grow from USD 883.46 million in 2024 to an estimated USD 1546.55 million by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.25% from 2024 to 2032.
Coconut-free skincare is gaining traction as an essential niche within the broader natural and hypoallergenic skincare market. As consumers become more aware of potential allergens and sensitivities, the demand for coconut-free products has risen, especially among individuals with coconut allergies or those who experience irritation from coconut-derived ingredients. Many conventional skincare products use coconut oil or its derivatives for their moisturizing and cleansing properties, but these can cause adverse reactions in sensitive individuals. Coconut-free skincare alternatives leverage other natural ingredients such as shea butter, jojoba oil, and aloe vera, offering similar benefits without the risk of irritation.
This trend is particularly important in the clean beauty movement, where consumers seek products that are not only free from harmful chemicals but also tailored to meet specific dermatological needs. Brands that cater to this growing demand for coconut-free skincare are finding a loyal customer base among those who require or prefer products without coconut, helping to diversify the market and make skincare more inclusive.
Using coconut-free skincare products offers several advantages, particularly for individuals with specific skin sensitivities or preferences:
Avoidance of Allergic Reactions: One of the primary advantages is the prevention of allergic reactions. Coconut and its derivatives, such as coconut oil and coco betaine, can cause allergic responses in some individuals, leading to redness, itching, and irritation. Coconut-free skincare eliminates this risk, making it a safer choice for those with coconut allergies or sensitivities.
Reduced Risk of Comedogenicity: Coconut oil, while popular for its moisturizing properties, is also known to be comedogenic for some skin types, meaning it can clog pores and lead to acne or breakouts. Coconut-free skincare products often use alternative non-comedogenic oils, like jojoba or argan oil, which provide hydration without the risk of clogging pores, making them ideal for acne-prone skin.
Suitable for Sensitive Skin: Many coconut-free skincare products are formulated specifically for sensitive skin, using mild, hypoallergenic ingredients that are less likely to cause irritation. These products are designed to soothe and protect the skin without the harsh effects that some coconut-derived ingredients can have on sensitive skin types.
Broader Ingredient Variety: Coconut-free skincare encourages the use of a wider range of natural ingredients that may offer unique benefits. Ingredients like shea butter, aloe vera, and avocado oil are often used as alternatives, each bringing its own set of nourishing, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing properties. This variety can enhance the overall efficacy of skincare routines by providing targeted benefits that cater to specific skin concerns.
Increased Product Options for Specific Preferences: Consumers who prefer to avoid certain ingredients for personal, ethical, or health reasons benefit from coconut-free skincare products. These alternatives support diverse consumer choices and contribute to a more inclusive skincare market, catering to different needs and preferences.
Support for Specific Diets or Lifestyles: Some individuals avoid coconut products due to dietary or lifestyle choices, such as those following specific plant-based or allergen-free diets. Coconut-free skincare aligns with these choices, offering products that are consistent with a consumer's broader lifestyle or ethical considerations.
Overall, the advantages of coconut-free skincare revolve around greater inclusivity, safety for sensitive skin, and the potential for discovering new and effective skincare ingredients that can address a range of skin concerns.

More About Report- https://www.credenceresearch.com/report/coconut-free-skin-care-market
The future outlook for the coconut-free skincare market is promising, driven by several key trends and evolving consumer preferences:
Growing Demand for Allergy-Friendly Products: As awareness of coconut allergies and sensitivities increases, more consumers are actively seeking out skincare products that are free from coconut and its derivatives. This growing demand is expected to lead to a broader range of coconut-free products being developed and offered by both mainstream and niche skincare brands. The market is likely to see continued growth as brands cater to this specific consumer need.
Expansion of the Clean Beauty Movement: The clean beauty movement, which emphasizes transparency, natural ingredients, and the avoidance of common allergens, is gaining momentum. Coconut-free skincare fits well within this trend, appealing to consumers who are looking for products that are free from not only synthetic chemicals but also potential irritants like coconut. As clean beauty continues to grow, the coconut-free segment is likely to expand in tandem, offering more options for health-conscious and environmentally aware consumers.
Innovation in Ingredient Alternatives: The future of the coconut-free skincare market will likely see increased innovation in the development of alternative ingredients. Brands are expected to explore and incorporate a wider variety of natural and plant-based ingredients that can replace the functions of coconut-derived components. This could include the use of novel emollients, moisturizers, and cleansers derived from sources like shea butter, jojoba oil, avocado oil, and other plant-based extracts, providing effective skincare solutions without relying on coconut.
Increased Awareness and Education: As more consumers become educated about the potential downsides of coconut-based products, whether due to allergies, comedogenicity, or personal preferences, the market for coconut-free skincare is expected to grow. Educational campaigns, product labeling, and transparency about ingredient sourcing will play a significant role in driving consumer choice toward coconut-free options.
Expansion into Global Markets: While the demand for coconut-free skincare is already strong in regions like North America and Europe, there is significant potential for growth in emerging markets where skincare trends are rapidly evolving. As global awareness of allergies and skin sensitivities increases, and as consumer preferences shift toward more personalized and hypoallergenic products, the coconut-free skincare market is likely to see expansion across diverse geographic regions.
Sustainability and Ethical Considerations: The trend towards sustainability in skincare is also expected to boost the coconut-free market. Some consumers prefer to avoid coconut oil due to concerns about the environmental impact of coconut farming or the ethical implications of coconut harvesting practices. As sustainability becomes an even more critical factor in consumer purchasing decisions, coconut-free products that emphasize ethical sourcing and environmentally friendly practices are likely to gain traction.
Personalization and Niche Marketing: The future market is expected to see more personalized and niche marketing strategies aimed at consumers with specific skincare needs, including those who seek coconut-free options. Brands that focus on personalization, offering tailored skincare solutions that address individual concerns like allergies, sensitivities, or ethical preferences, are likely to capture a loyal customer base.
In summary, the coconut-free skincare market is poised for significant growth, driven by increasing consumer awareness, the expansion of the clean beauty movement, and the ongoing demand for allergy-friendly, sustainable, and personalized skincare products. Brands that innovate with alternative ingredients and focus on transparency and sustainability are likely to thrive in this evolving market.

Biostimulants Market Will Reach USD 7.81 Billion By 2030
The global biostimulants market is witnessing growth and is projected to reach USD 7.81 billion by 2030. This growth of the market can be credited to the propagating demand for food armed with the growing worldwide populace and the growing hunger and malnutrition armed with opposing climate conditions. Furthermore, the overuse of natural resources by human activities, loss of biodiversity, and depletion of food are other reasons propelling the market development.
Tumblr media
In recent years, the amino acid category dominated the market with the largest market share. This can be credited to its high bearable abilities, economic viability, and plant enhancement traits. Amino acids such as fulvic acid and humic acid are the major ingredients accountable for the stimulation of seed sprouting and metabolic procedures in plants, leading to the surge in sales of such products.
In recent years, the foliar treatment category held the majority share, around 75%, in the biostimulants market. This dominance is attributed to its growing utilization in the cultivation of field crops and horticultural crops, the rise of indoor farming practices, and its demonstrated efficacy in enhancing plant health. Furthermore, water-soluble formulations incorporating glycine betaine, chelated nutrients, and isopropyl alcohol (IPA) molecules are predominantly employed in plants, given their higher absorption rates compared to insoluble solutions.
In recent years, the row crops category led the industry. This is mainly because of the numerous development perspectives provided by row crops such as cotton, corn, wheat, soybeans, and sugar beets, to businesses, ascribed to their extensive cultivation throughout the globe. Many biostimulants such as amino acid, Indole-3-acetic acid, and polyamine are being accepted in the agricultural field to overcome blockades to plant cell division and growth. Furthermore, the high need for organic cereals, like oats and millet, and the acknowledgment and acceptance of organic agriculture are positively impacting the industry development in this segment.

In recent years, Europe commanded the predominant share, exceeding 36%, in the biostimulants market. This was a result of heightened demand for agronomic products, shifting consumer preferences toward organic and environmentally friendly goods. Additionally, the imperative to rehabilitate degraded soil and the presence of a diverse array of acid and extract-based biostimulants tailored for various crop types contribute to the expansion of the regional market.

What are the Ingredients of Liv Pure?
Liv Pure contains a proprietary blend of natural ingredients, each with its own role and benefits. Here is a brief overview of the main ingredients and their functions:
Silymarin: This is a compound extracted from milk thistle, a plant that has been used for centuries to treat liver problems. Silymarin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fibrotic properties, which can protect the liver from damage, reduce liver inflammation, and prevent scar tissue formation. Silymarin can also stimulate liver regeneration and improve liver function. According to a review by Abenavoli et al., published on Phytother Res, silymarin can also help with metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and obesity, by modulating insulin resistance, glucose metabolism, and lipid profile.
Betaine: This is a compound derived from beets, which can help the liver to process fats and toxins. Betaine can also lower homocysteine levels, which are associated with cardiovascular disease and liver damage. Betaine can also support the production of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that can protect the liver from oxidative stress and free radical damage. According to a study by Abdelmalek et al., published on Hepatology, betaine can also improve liver histology and reduce liver fat in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a severe form of fatty liver disease.
Berberine: This is a plant alkaloid that has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine to treat various conditions, such as diabetes, infections, and inflammation. Berberine can also benefit the liver by improving insulin sensitivity, glucose metabolism, and lipid profile. Berberine can also activate AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), a key enzyme that regulates energy balance and metabolism. According to a review by Liu et al., published on Front Pharmacol, berberine can also inhibit liver fibrosis, inflammation, and oxidative stress, and induce liver cell apoptosis.
