Credits for /u/Bezbojnicul for explaining to me the etymology of the Romanian word for eggplant and getting me to look into it.

Honestly, I was surprised how many words come from the same Sanskrit origin. Eventually, I ended up creating one category (purple) for all words derived from Sanskrit (with subcategories in different shades if influenced by another word) and green for all other. The map is dominated by purple.

East/West Slavic words are all affected by the same word (baklaga / baklitsa), but it doesn't necessarily mean that they are derived from Russian, even though this is where I chose to note it.
