Biden is considering creating an anti-graft task force for Central America that will sanction officials Biden believes to be corrupt. [Link]

The US will allow self-proclaimed Venezuelan President Juan Guaido to withdraw $150 million from a Venezuelan government account seized by the US. It is reported that $100 million will go to buying vaccines for Venezuela and at least $2 million will go to Guaido’s travel and security. [Link]

CENTCOM head Gen. McKenzie says he is concerned the Afghan Army will collapse if the US withdraws. [Link]
