The Arewa Youth Consultative Forum (AYCF) has kicked against the request by a court to remand Senator Ali Ndume in Corrections Center over the nonappearance of previous Pension chief, Abdulrasheed Maina.

Naija News reports that Senator Ndume, the administrator speaking to Borno South Senatorial District, was on Monday shipped off jail a government high court.

The request follows his failure to deliver Maina, the previous Chairman of the outdated Pension Task Team, whom he remained as guarantee for in his defilement and illegal tax avoidance preliminary.

The high court, sitting in Abuja was managed by Justice Okon Abang and requested Senator Ndume to be remanded in Kuje restorative focus.
