“What I Actually Eat In A Day By Doctor Mike”
Hi!, welcome other blog, this week, I speak about The importance about food and recommended the recipes that Doctor Mike eat on a day.
But before begin I will speak about the importance of eat five time on day
 ·         First food is the breakfast  is important because is eat that give us energy for the job because must be a complete meal
 ·         First snack is a relax food because it help you eat less  before  eat again, so, is very important to have to eat two snacks on the day
 ·         Afternoon Meal, well is very  important  food is complete so that you finish the day with energy because on this time your body have less energy
·         Dinner, well is the food more relaxed becouse you body  not longer has strong activities or that require more energy and enters in a more tranquil way
