Going to a Cafe is an Experience

Go to another cafe.

Ask the barista at the register what you should try on the menu or see how your vanilla latte is different at this other cafe. My go-to order when I go to a cafe I have not been to: House coffee and a doppio espresso. To have an idea of how the roast of the coffee, how the cafe treats their everyday coffee, and to have coffee at the most basic form.

Try something different. Sometimes you have to take yourself out of your comfort zone. I drink enough different coffees, that a lot of my experiences are censory and talking to the baristas.

Do not be afraid to tell the barista you did not like what you drank. Every cafe wants you to be satified.

Think about what you liked, disliked, and everything in between. Utilize what you can and tweek what was not working in that moment. You are a work in progress. Learn, progress, and even evolve from what you learned.

Remember that at your cafe. Give the experience you want to have in a cafe within your abilities. Be able to take the customer out of their comfort zone within reason. Ask what they usually drink, do not just suggest the signature drink. Find "Yes" when necessary. Be the guide that you wish you had when you started this journey with coffee.

Know the menu. You do not need to be able to recite the prices. You should be able to say what is standard for the drink or food on the menu and whatever you can add and substitute in drinks.

This, whatever this is, takes time, patience, practice, and a lot or repetition. Everyday can be treated as a learning experience.

News Cafe, Minsk, Belarus - Review

Recently visited News Cafe, situated at Marksa Karla st., 34, in Minsk, Belarus, for breakfast and had a delightful experience. I opted for the English breakfast, which included two fried eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, a sausage, and potatoes. Notably, this version of the English breakfast did not include bacon, which was unexpected but didn't detract from the overall quality of the meal.

My wife chose the Cottage Cheese Casserole, and both dishes were excellent in taste and presentation.

Having dined at News Cafe before, we can confidently say we will be returning again for their delicious offerings.
