Sad update, more provinces specially the catch basins are getting flooded bec our Dams have reached their critical lvl and had to open some gates :'(((

Someone posted that the water lvl is still rising T....T Rescuers are now on their way praying for their safety and for them to be able to get the people trapped on their homes.
