Today we have 2 cases for comparison. Both have an RCA aneurysm, the first in a 65-year-old and one in a 25-year-old. What is the most likely cause of each?

Atherosclerosis is the most common cause of coronary artery aneurysm in older adults. In younger adults and children, the most common cause is Kawasaki disease.
