recently watched the minecraft movie and thought it was funny haha yeah cool but thats not entirely what im gonna be on about but thats just to mention one part of my brain wanting to go back to my minecraft times

then i decide to listen to the whole fallen kingdom selection bc i like the songs and uh imo the story is immaculate and couldve made a more srs minecraft movie but ANYHOOT

eagerly awaits new minecraft school and hoyl shit eagerly awaits and waits and jumps around and yippees and yahoos my childhood my my absolute favourite thing to watch when i was younger (that got turned into content farm stuff BOO) but YOU ARE BRINGING IT BACK HOLY SHIT BRINGING BACK MONSTER SCHOOL IM INCREDIBLY NORMAL

MONSTER SCHOOL WAS ONE OF MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE THINGS TO WATCH WHEN I WAS YOUNGER (i watched a lot of minecraft animations in general but monster school was such a cool concept to me) AND NOW SEEING IT BEING REVAMPED WITH THE NEW MOBS AND NOT IN A CONTENT FARMING WAY BUT IN A WAY THAT IS CLEARLY MADE WITH PASSION AND THE WILL TO MAKE SOMETHING GREAT OH MY GOD. latest custom player model :P i think i modelled this one in january but then didnt finish it until maybe a week ago. i learned a lot about modelling and animating (ESPECIALLY animating - i've recognized some bad habits and know to avoid them in the future now) while making him so hopefully workflow in the future will go along more smoothly

havent figured out if theres a way for me to make nice turnarounds in cpm so you get this crusty gif of the editor >:)

still need to finish and polish his animations 😰😰😰 i pivoted to modelling in blockbench and then animation in the CPM editor to avoid problems during the conversion from .bbmodel->.cpmproject files (savarin got mangled up when it came time to export him to cpm 😢) but ummm.... i really dont like the cpm editor LOL im so sorry

I've used LingoDeer as well, it's very cute and I personally like that it differentiates between South American Spanish and Spain Spanish. It also has Korean, Chinese (doesnt specify what dialect, I imagine its Mandarin), Japanese, Italian, German, Russian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Thai, Turkish, and Hindi.

*anecdote: I borrowed my brother's Japanese Pimsleur CD as a kid and I still remember how to say the weather is nice over a decade later. You can find the CDs at libraries and "other" places I'm sure.
