at last, it's finally been a month and i get to answer! there is a lot to get through, so i'll try to keep my rambling to a minimum... 🫣

i really love spy x family (obviously) so i thought it'd be a fun idea to share my own thoughts on this and do the challenge to see if anyone has anything in common. so without further ado...

1) How did you get to know Spy x Family?

everything started when i checked out hulu for the first time. and thus, i found spy x family in 2022. no one recommend it to me or anything, i just found it through browsing... there were only 12 episodes out!

i basically lived unknowingly until late 2023 with having only seen up to episode 12... in 2023, i saw a crunchyroll ad saying season 2 was airing. i ran to crunchyroll. i can't believe i didn't even know about the second cour of season 1, even... nothing at all. and from since then, the rest is history since i started drawing again...! i literally thought the best fanart only existed on pixiv...? LMAO. there was a particular fanart i saw from the mole arc that had me surprised and i was like... where is this from? does this happen? and that's what had me discover the manga. from then, i was obsessed...

2) Favorite character?

loid forger, or agent twilight. (if i have to explain all of these answers, this might never end so i'll keep it short LOL)

3) Least favorite character?

just the bad guys~

4) Favorite opening?

5) Favorite ending?

7) Best moment for you?

when yor falls asleep on loid during the island resort episode. that panel is engraved into my brain and is the main reason i love to draw twiyor.

8) Worst moment for you?

i've been sitting here for minutes and still cannot think of a "worst" moment. the worst moments are whenever the chapters end. how about that? hehe

9) Funniest moment?

the bar scene in episode 24. i laugh so hard all the time...

10) Saddest moment?

i wonder if there's an even more sad moment than anya crying in episode 4?

11) Intense moment?

in the manga, it's the mole arc for me. that's all i can say...

12) Best moment of your favorite character?

i loved reading twilight's entire backstory. i don't know what loid's personal favorite moment would be- maybe hearing yor say the most sincere things about him...

13) Best moment of two of your favorite characters?

twilight and yor. best moment for me is every moment because i can't choose. my damianya best moment is the "your family sounds nice" scene.

14) Favorite couple?

twiyor (duh...)

15) Favorite friendship?

anya and becky! and loid and franky, probably!

16) Favorite quotation?

that's literally an impossible question... i can't choose one! whenever yor, loid, or anya have sparkles in their eyes, usually the words that come out then are the best haha.

17) Favorite manga art?

that's hard, i love them all. i really like endo's art style.

18) Favorite anime art?

i really like artwork that's dramatic, like when it shows both of their identities at the same time.

19) Favorite volume cover?

1 and 10 haha

20) Favorite anime chapter art?

i really like the winter scene where loid is in the car and yor is walking with anya on the sidewalk!

21) Favorite anime season?

i like both... if i had to choose, season 1 because that's where it all started... but i really love season 2 as well. this isn't even a competition ahaha.

22) Favorite arc?

anime: the first arc / manga: mole arc

23) Which character do you find most attractive?

answering this question is so funny to me- obviously loid

24) Character you consider a mystery?

yor and anya? we hardly know much about their backstory!

25) Character you consider to be forgotten?

hmm... the boss of WISE? (above handler)

26) Do you like WISE, The Garden, or the SSS?

they're all cool, i'll just pick WISE because i'm biased.

27) What place in Ostania or Westalis would you like to see?

berlint- definitely always wanted to go to europe.

28) Favorite theory for the end?

i don't have a favorite theory, i'll accept whatever happens honestly lmao. i would love to see a confession from loid or yor though!

29) How many chapters do you think Spy x Family has left?

well, first of all, life is fragile. i appreciate what we have now, and the things i look forward to are even more precious because there's no certainty whether they will happen or not?!

i really do hope that spy x family has many, many more chapters left. i look forward to more chapters every day! but i also accept the fact that spy x family is written and drawn by a real person, with a real hand. i can only wish that the author continues to be in good health, y'know...

if you ask me, i think spy x family could go down multiple different routes and continue for a long time if it wanted to (5+ more years, maybe up to 10?). or, for whatever reason, it could be cut short... but i lean more towards the "long time" option HAHA. hahaha.

30) Why do you love Spy x Family?

honestly? i love the story. i love the characters, the world... how it has everything i like, from action to comedy, suspense and drama, with a tease of romance, and a lot of wholesome and comedy and unseriousness... in my life, i've always wanted to create a story that didn't just focus on one thing. because there's nothing wrong with loving a lot of genres... but it's very difficult- even advised against. so therefore, i just really love it! to me, it's a masterpiece. i get that it's not for everyone (i understand the arguments against why it's not their personal favorite), but for me... it's high-key my personal favorite :)

Hey! How are you? Before I start my thousands of questions, let me first say, congratulations on graduating and finishing your senior year of high school!!! this must be a bittersweet moment for you, as I am experiencing this at the moment as a junior watching the grades above me graduate and do senior activities. Graduating is a once in a lifetime moment, not everybody gets to graduate due to unfortunate circumstances, but congratulations! Thank you so much for staying strong, the k-12 system is literally horrible lol. I just wanted to say, I (17 year old Angelica) will forever be within you. I am you, but I want you to have no regrets or wising to be me because “life was so carefree” 💀💀 naw it’s not I’m suffering rn lmfao I have 3 summer classes, a job to juggle and volunteer opportunities to catch up on and college apps 😿 whomp whomp. I so desperately want to be you right now! It may feel insufferable at the moment and you feel lots of bittersweet feelings and loneliness being unleashed from hell (prison) (kleinisd) (kleinhigh); you should know that there is a whole chapter ahead of you and you’ve achieved a milestone! When something ends, a new opportunity arises. I hope you’ll feel better soon, knowing how I feel now will probably affect you 10x deeper (you’ll understand). Highschool for me was no fun adventure; I was barely sociable, barely any friends (like a few ofc I’m not a loser), I felt like I wasn’t on track to be my genuine real self anytime soon, but you have the opportunity to change that through college. I need you to be stronger for me until we get our masters in compsci 💀. Be an academic weapon once more for us plz!! I know you want that so bad. I know our experience wasn’t the best, especially during covid and certain situations, but there is a whole life ahead of us, that is depending on our actions. I trust us to keep it up! BTW Im missing a ton of the 2023 seniors, I can’t believe that it’s real. It low key hurt seeing everyone I had classes with especially in financial math, english, photography, and a&p graduate. It’s so bittersweet it low key hurt my feelings, especially seeing everyone I grew up with who were a grade above me. I don’t want to forget them at all, I want to remember who they are! I never peaked in high school, but I’m never going to see these people again, unless it’s by a rare chance someday, I doubt they would recognize me. I guess I just grew attached. Anyways, I have some questions LOL.

Since you're from the past, I have so so so much to catch you up on. Time flies by when you're consistently stressed out. But don't worry! I will answer your millions of questions first! Then we can actually discuss :)

1. What is our plan after graduating Highschool? What college are we going to?

A: We are doing Computer Engineering! After hours and hours of research, I wanted you to have opportunities in both the computer science and electrical engineering fields. I want you to have a lot of pathways so you can have tons of money and opportunities! We are going to UT Dallas. We got CAPPED from UT Austin and UW-Seattle was way out of our budget sadly. Maybe someday my love :(

2. Did we end up submitting any of our SAT/ACT scores?

A: Hell no, they were too low LMFAO

3. What’s your favorite song currently?

A: Talk by Beabadoobee, Antihero by Taylor Swift, any MSI song

4. Are we still dating Ben?

A: Yes <3

5. Did we make any new friends?

A: YES! We aren't friends with.. those girl(s) anymore. They were bad for you. WE HAVE MORE GENUINE AND KIND FRIENDS!! There is a whole world out there waiting for you. I love my friends.

6. What is your college essay about?

A: Bugs. In the UT Austin essays, we wrote about photography, allergies, tamagotchis, etc.

7. What made us stronger?

A: Learning to adapt, spreading love, reading people, putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations in order to grow. Being with likeminded people!

8. How was senior year? Was it any easier taking AP classes? Do we understand pre-calc?

A: PRE CAL WAS MY MOST HATED SUBJECT. It is so fricking hard I dont think I ever understood the concepts. The AP Classes had lots of work in it but you managed your time fine and it was never that serious anyways (except AP 2D art) that sucked a lot. Senior year was shit im not even gonna lie. I didn't even attend like 98% of the events LOL. Fuck no I am not going back!

9. Do we still want to take comp sci?'

A: Computer Engineering babe dont sweat it

10. What happened to your H‑E‑B job?

A: OUR LAST DAY WAS TODAYYYYYYYY

A: One stole for NHS, one stole for DUDU CREDIT!

A: If my roommates will like me, I'll feel lonelier, money, If ill be smart enough for college, if my friends now will still want to hang out with me :(

Weekly Writing Update #96 (May 5th, 2025)

Quick reminder: in four weeks, we're going to hit the 100th WWU and I'm going to open up some bonus posts on twitter/tumblr/ko-fi for anyone who wants to ask me questions. Anyone interested, keep it in mind!

This week's been pretty good, writing wise. I'm making steady progress on things, and kept up with the weeklies, even though I went to the movies Thursday and completely knocked myself off schedule with a couple of things, haha. It was fun at least! I'm hoping to have a few things finished this coming week, but we'll see. One idea keeps growing… and growing… and growing. I don't know how long it'll be but, yeah, probably pretty damn long! I hope everyone enjoys it when I post it. Today’s reading from the ancient books of Proverbs and Psalms

for july 14 of 2023 with Proverbs 14 and Psalm 14, accompanied by Psalm 24 for the 24th day of Astronomical Summer, and Psalm 45 for day 195 of the year (with the consummate book of 150 Psalms in its 2nd revolution this year)

[Proverbs 14]

A wise woman builds her house,

but a foolish one picks it to splinters with her own hands.

Whoever travels through life with integrity respects the Eternal,

but whoever turns from it hates Him.

A fool’s words betray his pride and invite punishment,

but the humble speech of the wise will spare them.

A farm without oxen has a manger without grain;

there’s a good return in the strength of an ox.

An honest witness can always be trusted,

but a false witness breathes out nothing but lies.

Wisdom eludes mockers, though they seek it,

but insight comes quickly to those with understanding.

Walk away from the company of fools,

for you cannot find insight in their words.

It takes wisdom for the clever to understand the path they are on,

but the fool is deceived by his own foolishness.

Fools make a mockery of guilt and repentance,

but those who do what is right receive special standing.

Only the heart can know its own resentment;

Whoever is patient and slow to anger shows great understanding,

but whoever has a quick temper magnifies his foolishness.

A serene heart can add years to one’s life;

but jealous passion rots the bones.

Whoever oppresses the poor insults his Maker,

but anyone who is gracious to the needy honors Him.

The wicked are waylaid by their evil actions,

but the right-living find hope’s sanctuary even in their death.

Wisdom rests in the heart of one with insight

and can even be experienced by fools.

The wrong kind of passion can be a dangerous thing. Too often people are ruled by strong emotions, thoughts that cannot be checked, and actions that cannot be controlled. If that’s the case, then you are putting your life and well-being in jeopardy. Peace of mind, tranquility of soul, and serenity of heart become the recipe for a long, happy life.

A wicked and foolish man truly believes there is no God.

They are vile, their sinfulness nauseating to their Creator;

their actions are soiled and repulsive; every deed is depraved;

He searches to see who understands true wisdom,

who desires to know the True God.

but the Eternal is a strong shelter in the heaviest storm.

May a new day, a day of deliverance come for Israel, starting with Zion.

When the Eternal breaks the chains of His oppressed people,

the family of Jacob will rejoice, and Israel will be delighted.

This is why Scripture instructs those of faith to pray for all people everywhere, especially that those in authority would lead the world to dignity and peace (1 Timothy 2:1-3).

Here is the JEE Main 2023 subject-wise post-exam analysis shared by an expert. This year's paper was easy to moderate. Check subject-wise analysis in detail.

JEE Mains 2023 Paper 1 for the BTech/ BE aspirants was conducted today, January 24, 2023. As per experts, the paper was of an easy to moderate level. A few good questions were sprinkled here and there about the three subjects. A majority opinion was that the Physics part was the easiest, Whereas Chemistry was of easy to moderate levels.

CHECK SUBJECT-WISE ANALYSIS IN DETAIL

PHYSICS

Questions were set for covering all the topics. Students were tested on the simple level of applicability of concepts. Numericals were more in numbers than theoretical questions. Questions were from Thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Optics, Magnetism, Modern Physics, and other chapters.

Those students who have thoroughly covered the syllabus of XI and XII along with sufficient problem-solving through similar types of practice tests will score nicely in this paper.

CHEMISTRY

The chemistry part was on predicted lines. It was observed by students that the physical portion was less as compared to Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. All the questions from Organic Chemistry were asked in MCQ form. The whole paper was NCERT based. Chemistry in everyday life, GOC, Aldehydes, Ketones, and Biomolecules are the chapters from which a significant number of questions were asked.

MATHEMATICS

The mathematics part was a bit lengthy but moderate. In paper 5 to 6 questions from Calculus, there were not less than 5 questions from Algebra, 2 questions from Coordinate Geometry, and 2 or 3 questions from Trigonometry.
