this is the view from the back/the gardens (I think I have descriptions of it in like Chapters 5 and 7 of BBP). The Giovanna estate is heavily based off of The Breakers mansion in Newport, RI. I took ref pics around December while I was on a trip so I could do my research and re-familiarize myself with the house (so I could start writing about it.) To think that I’d be drawing it instead several months later ! Either way, I have plenty more pictures of the inside during Christmas (WITH my microorganism gio) and I guess it’s very fitting considering the fact that BBP takes place around Christmas (so please let me know if you’d love to see them, as I will gladly share !). 

Please keep in mind that this is a rough sketch that I plan on fixing up in the next several weeks.
