Jester, like everyone else in Exandria, can't cast Sending but she's gotten around it by simply forcing Artagan to physically go to her target and verbally relay the message, then come back with a reply.

The word limit still applies because Artagan is busy with everything going on and all and he can't remember more than roughly 25 words at a time anyway.

not to always be on the Travis is so good at the table, but genuinely, Travis always plays his characters, even when they're of a ridiculous bent like Chet, as extremely good at empathetic listening, making others feel like they can voice their concerns with him, and being a steady and reassuring and soothing presence

like, when we get scenes like this, his characters are consistently SO grounded and emotionally intelligent and compassionate

my favorite part about Fjord's level 20 outfit is that he is, in fact, wearing a shirt. it's just so wide open that he might as well NOT be.

like, he's only nominally wearing a shirt. that shirt exists so that he can say that he does have one on. its only function is to keep his coat from being directly on his skin. it's so that if he takes that coat off, it maintains the specific effect of having all the buttons on his top fully open vs. being topless, a distinction important for style reasons.

my second favorite part is that this shirt has never met a clothes iron

my third favorite part is that the shirt is ALSO sleeveless

It's SO funny that Travis made Bertrand to die in The Search for Grog, Matt legitimately tried very hard to kill him but failed through no fault of his own, Travis brought him back for Campaign 3, he and Matt designed to on-rails kill him and did so successfully... and now he's back as the example character for Daggerheart character creation. Sir Bertrand Bell is forever.
