The leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) within the Aniocha North Council stormed the headquarters of the Delta State Impartial Electoral Fee (DSIEC) and demanded what they name the “stolen mandate” of their candidate for Issele Azagba Station 06, Samson Uwandulu, designated.
This adopted when the DSIEC declared all candidates for the PDP presidency to be the winners of Saturday’s elections within the state, as Uwandulu claimed that the DSIEC favored the PDP regardless of 408 votes to defeat the PDP candidate who polled 317 votes .
He insisted that after counting and collating the votes, he gained, including that PDP officers kidnapped the group returnees and appealed to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to say himself with DSIEC to revive his mandate.
An APC chief within the space, Gabriel Uwaje, mentioned the individuals of Issele-Azagba had been stressed because the mandate was kidnapped and appealed to the related authorities to do what is critical and restore normalcy to the bottom.

Unknown Gunmen have killed Mr. Elliot Offa, a councillorship candidate in the forthcoming local Government elections, in Delta State, Nigeria
The tragic event reportedly happened along the Jesse/Oben road, which is a boundary between Delta and Edo States, Torixus reports.
Torixus learnt that late. Offa and other two people were coming back from the office of the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission, DSIEC, Asaba when the attackers surrounded them, shot sporadically and killed the councillorship candidate.
According to the report presented to Torixus, the deceased was the immediate past Supervisory Councillor on Environment of Ethiope-West Local Government Council.
When contacted, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya confirmed the report saying,”They said it happened in Edo State, not Delta State.”
