The fact that one of the only songs we get Camon confirmation that Derek really likes, is "Lose your soul" by Dead Man's Bones. AKA Ryan Gosling and Zach Sheilds weird experimental indie band?? The band is literally categorized as 'goth rock' and THAT is what Derek canonically finds enjoyable.

Yeah Derek, NOBODY has, because it's a weird band with obscure, weird music.
