One of the many colourful birds of the Sabahan Rainforest. A Diard’s Trogon. The variety of birds on the boat ride on Kinabatangan River was just another wildlife highlight. ⁣🐧🦆🦅🐤 ⁣ #birds_private #birdsofparadise #birds_captures #nature_globepix #kings_birds_ #bird_captures #bird_brilliance #bird_watchers_daily #bird_lovers #birds_nature #birdshots #birdwatchers #birdfreaks #birdsofinstagram #birds_of_instagram #bird_lovers_daily #birds_perfection #birdwatching #wildlifetour #wildlife_photography #lovewildlife #travelforever #adventureland #adventuresession #boattrips #birdsofig #trogon #kinabatangan #kinabatanganriver #exploresabah (at Borneo Natural Sukau Bilit Resort) https://www.instagram.com/p/B1_b4M7hwmq/?igshid=u0zk6hnmecdh

Der Diard’s Trogon, hier Weibchen und Männchen, ist ein klassischer Bewohner der mittleren Etage, während sich der Rhinoceros Hornbill dort nur blicken lässt, wenn ihm das Futter passt. Eher an den kleinen Flüssen zu finden ist der Banded Kingfisher.
