Phobics still getting pissy about Bridget and such in Guilty Gear is so fucking funny to me, cause for all their “These people aren’t REAL Guilty Gear fans! They’re just taking money from new fans!”

While you were still learning how to SPELL YOUR NAME, I was playing Guilty Gear XX. And freaking out over how much I loved Dizzy and Ky and Venom and Millia and Robo Ky and Bridget…

Guilty Gear was the first game I ever played to have a homosexual man in it.

Which was crazy for a teen who was coming to terms with that about himself at the time. It wasn't the reason I got into the series in the first place (the music was), but it was such an awesome aspect as I grew to adore the series.

Am I amazing at the games? Not really. I'm far better at Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat. I still play it off and on. Played Strive with some friends and family about three times this year, introducing them to characters and music.

So... Fuck those dipshits who want to act like the series belongs to them. It never has.
