There standing in a crisp black suit, freshly ironed tie a briefcase held in one hand. A man made of what seemed to be tv static a sort of black and white film in appearance. African american to be specific. “Earl pendleton, lawyer working under the crown. Serving the righteous cause of protecting the abused and mistreated hellborn of our society. Nice to meet ya accquantices.” His accent was jeresy...maybe boston..it wasnt thick it was light held a bit of youth to it..
