Day 0 - Introduction and Team Sorting

🎵 Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doin' fine. You guys are on my mind... 🎵

WELCOME TO TOTAL DRAMA SIMS! The hottest new reality TV show on Simblr. I'm your host jonquilyst, and starting today 14 teenagers will gather to put their wits, guts, and strength to the test to see who can survive and persevere the longest. Buckle up, 'cause it's gonna be totally, absolutely insane!

Allow me to also welcome you to Camp Simsanakwa! Located somewhere along the coast of Brindleton Bay, this crappy summer camp will be our 14 contestants' new home! Here’s a little tour:

We've got the basic necessities here: 2 cabins (one for each team) with 2 rooms each, a mess hall for everyone's lounging and culinary needs, and of course bathrooms for everyone to do their business!

But the most exciting part is the campfire, where everyone will face the judgement of their fellow contestants, and the Dock of Shame, where losers will say goodbye to Total Drama Sims!

Now, our 14 contestants have arrived. Allow me to formally introduce our two teams: THE SCREAMING LLAMAS AND THE KILLER COWPLANTS!

some of the characters appearances are based off of personality instead of looks, like who in the actual tv show did they resemble...make sense? If your unhappy with how I drew your sim pls accept my deepest apologies and know that it was never my intention to upset you. I gave everyone an equal amount of thought and attention to detail. Day 28 - Finale

After weeks of battle, triumph, drama, and other teenager shenanigans, it is finally time to crown the winner of Total Drama Sims!!

Our finalists are Lilium Pond and Dahlia Grove. These two have outlasted everyone else and now, all of the eliminated contestants will be coming together to vote for a winner as a jury! Votes will be public, so you will know who votes for who.

Voting will go from the bottom of the leaderboard up (aka last place to the most recently eliminated), and will be confessional-style to make up for those who never had a confessional while on Total Drama Sims. So, without further ado, let's determine our winner!!

14th place - Elli Proudmoore

"Dahlia, we weren't on the same team, but you were pretty interesting and we talked for a little bit, so uh... yeah."

13th - Aubrey De Peyster

"Dahlia! After watching you from the sidelines, I really regret not getting to know you sooner. We have a lot in common! So, please accept my vote as your former teammate."

"Lilium! I really wish we could have been on the same team; we would could have been amazing allies!"

"Dahlia, but only because you tried to save me from elimination. Wish it worked, but... thanks anyway."

"Dahlia, when I heard that you come from a strict family and that you were only here because you got on the wrong bus, I was taken away because... well, you just kept going! Also, I relate to having a strict family, so... yeah, I'm voting for you because you definitely deserve to win."

7th - Anika Patel

"I underestimated you, Dahlia, and for what it's worth, I'm sorry. I never thought you would vote for me, but I guess that's what lead to my downfall. I really did feel that we had a connection, though, so I'm still gonna vote for you."

6th - Poppy Sparks

"Lilium! You deserve it, girl! You were one of the reasons why I had so much fun here. I'm so glad I was able to become your friend."

5th - Camden Reese

"Lilium... Yeah, I'm sorry for not liking you at first. Turns out you were pretty capable, not to mention super nice and friendly to everyone. Pretty admirable that your strategy was befriending literally everyone, rather than being a backstabber. I think it worked pretty well."

4th - Terrance Vellard

"Is it even a question? I'm voting for you, Lilium. I'm gonna always have your back, girly."

3rd - Logan West-Harper

"Dahlia, when I first came here I never thought I'd make friends with anyone here, especially since I was having trouble getting along with people at first, but after competing together I really feel like we became great friends. I really hope you win!"

Day 2 - Challenge Day

Rise and shine, losers! Even though you all just woke up and need a shower (14 teenagers + all living in the same quarters = P-U! 🦨), it's time to get ready for our very first challenge!

In today's challenge, contestants will race through this shoddy maze. The first team to have all of its members finish at the Dock of Shame will win invincibility!

Now that everyone's clean and fed, let's get to racing! On your mark, get set, GOO!!

Aster (SL) takes the lead (despite being on his phone) while Elli (SL) lags behind. I don't think they got a lot of sleep napping on that couch last night...

It's a tight race, but Aster maintains his lead until the finish! He and Cassie (KC) are the first of their teams to reach the Dock Of Shame.

The Screaming Llamas are in the lead! Terrance, Lilium, Reagan, and Poppy join Aster and Camden (who arrived just after Cassie). With 6 Screaming Llamas to 4 Killer Cowplants finished, the former is set for the win until...

The last 3 Killer Cowplants catch up to everyone else. Logan is the last Killer Cowplant to finish and secures victory for his team.

THE KILLER COWPLANTS WIN!

Poor Elli... Even though the Screaming Llamas were in the lead, they fell too far behind and the Killer Cowplants won instead.

The Killer Cowplants have won invincibility and are safe tonight! I'll see the Screaming Llamas at the campfire tonight for the first elimination of Total Drama Sims...

Day 1 - Socialization Day (part 1)

Our 14 contestants have arrived, and it's time for everybody to meet everybody! It's especially important to meet your teammates before you... y'know, work as a team, especially when everybody's strangers with each other, so our contestants' first day at Camp Simsanakwa will be spent by everyone getting to know each other!

Although it's most important for contestants to converse with their teammates, as they will be working together for the win, contestants are allowed to converse with anyone they so please. After all, inter-team alliances might be valuable after the merge!

Terrance (SL) and Logan (KC) were first to buddy up. While it seemed that the two were getting along, Terrance's unpredictableness was a little too irritating for Logan's tastes...

On the flip side, Aubrey (KC) and Reagan (SL) got along quite well, as well as Kenzie (KC) and Lilium (SL)! Shame both pairs are in opposite teams, however.

Dahlia (KC) was quite the interest among the contestants. She attracted the attention of Anika (KC), a fellow unwilling contestant, and Elli (SL), who has practically nothing in common with Dahlia, but who knows? Maybe opposites attract?? Or maybe Elli sees through Dahlia's obedient nature and wants to use her in some way...

Day 27 - Logan West-Harper

After nearly being voted out 3 different times in the competition, Logan has unfortunately been eliminated once and for all. But that's also why him finishing in 3rd place is fantastic. The first time he nearly got eliminated, it was only the 2nd challenge, meaning that if he got just enough votes, he would have placed 13th (second-to-last) rather than 3rd!

Although he didn't make it to the finale, Logan lasted long enough to participate in every single challenge, so I think he'll have a lot of stories to tell to his folks when he arrives home!

Ana @akitasimblr, THANK YOU for volunteering your Logan for Total Drama Sims <3 It was an honor to receive one of your latest Harpers and I'm glad I was able to give him a bit of a story! He definitely became a favorite of mine.

Day 1 - Socialization Day (part 2)

As the day went on, Alexis (KC) spent her time splashing in the water while Anika (KC) joined Kenzie (KC) at the campfire. So far the Killer Cowplants are getting along!

It's a little more chaotic for our Screaming Llamas, however. Terrance tricked Lilium into believing he was going to vote her out while Camden and Aster? Let's just say Aster really gets on Camden's nerve...

The contestants later gathered for meal-time at the mess hall. Poppy (SL) was the main converser at the table. Anika and Dahlia (KC) expectedly sat next to each other; these two are becoming fast friends and will likely make valuable allies of each other! Anika's growing friendship with Kenzie also might prove fruitful for them in the long-haul too. Not a bad start!

Meanwhile, Cassie (KC) was taking a real good look at Lilium...

Night fell, and Camden expressed his excitement for the competition by cheering into the sky! With the first challenge beginning tomorrow, I think he knows what's at stake and doesn't want to lose!

Lastly, in the middle of the night, Elli (SL) was unable to sleep in their bed in a room full of strangers and left the cabin to crash on the couch in the mess hall. Besides Dahlia, Elli hasn't really been interested in interacting with others...

Today's Confessional: Dahlia Grove

Every day, one contestant will express their thoughts using the confessional booth! It's actually just an outhouse toilet, but... it works!

Anyway, here's Dahlia: "Most people here aren't too bad, I don't think... After meeting Anika, I feel so happy I'm not the only one who wasn't expecting to be here. I just hope I do okay since I'm stuck here. Anika seems to know what she's gotten into, so maybe I should follow her example."

"I feel very weirded out by Cassie, though. I'm not sure what it is, but something doesn't feel right about her."

Day 15 - Comeback Challenge (part 2)

It's time to determine who wins the Don't Wake The Llama tournament and rejoins Total Drama Sims!

ROUND 2:

Aster vs. Kenzie

Aster was our lucky person to get a bye in the first round, and he got even luckier because Kenzie fumbled and lost the game!

Alexis vs. Terrance

Chaotic guy, chaotic girl. These two were just getting to become friends when Terrance was eliminated, and now they're facing off each other in the comeback challenge. Unfortunate circumstances, really, and even more unfortunate for Alexis because she loses to Terrance!

ROUND 3:

Aster vs. Terrance

It's time for the final match! Everyone else has lost and now it's down to just Aster and Terrance for the chance to rejoin the game. It seems like we're getting a guy and a former Screaming Llama back! The final result is below the cut:

Day 2 - Elimination Ceremony

Screaming Llamas... What can I say? Sucks to be you right now. Because you lost the challenge, all of you are at risk of being voted off Total Drama Sims.

Here at TDS, contestants will vote based on relationship dynamics (since it's only been a day, first impressions will determine a lot of the voting) as well as challenge performances. Because Aster did well and was the first of his team to finish the maze race, he will be less likely to get voted (but if anyone has a negative first impression of him they may still vote for him). On the other hand, those who did poorly are more likely to get voted. Elli here is not in good standing, because if they would have kept up the Screaming Llamas could have won.

"I wasn't surprised that Elli got voted off. I didn't get their zodiac sign, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're a Taurus. Taureans are the laziest of all the signs. Even if they're not a Taurus, they're definitely not a Capricorn, that's for sure; that's the hardest-working sign."

"Either way, I'm relieved they're gone. I found them rather distant and anti-social. Hopefully the Screaming Llamas can work together better next time."

All of the contestants will have an official contestant portrait. I'm sharing the portraits for Merge (everyone will have one whether or not they make it to that point) to prevent spoiling teams but all of the contestants (even the ones not yet submitted) have been sorted and their portrait will either be tinted green if they're on the Screaming Llamas or red if they're on the Killer Cowplants ^^ Eliminated contestants will have their portraits shown in B/W.

The poses were carefully selected based on the contestants' personalities and backstories. Hopefully you all like them! (My personal favorite is Reagan's portrait [bottom right] she looks so GOOOD)

Day 21 - Poppy Sparks

Ending the competition with a first kiss? Not bad! Poppy was not close with everyone still remaining in the competition, her closest allies being Camden (duh) and Lilium. Despite the votes against her though, her elimination was merely caused by luck. She played very well and will have the strongest finish to the competition to date. There's just not much that contributed to her boot other than that! Even though she didn't win, I'd say this was a happy ending for Poppy.

Day 28 - Lilium Pond & Dahlia Grove

Even though these two were not eliminated traditionally, they decided to walk the Dock of Shame to mark the end of Total Drama Sims!

THANK YOU @seyvia and @ashubii for volunteering your sims! I've grown to love them both and I'm so happy they ended up being the finalists!! Each of them has a distinctive personality with a distinctive story and that's what I love most about them.

The winner may officially be Dahlia, but I consider Lilium to be a winner in her own right. She is the only contestant who made it to the merge to always be declared safe in an elimination round. The only others who have this distinction are Alexis and early-outs Aubrey, Kenzie, and Aster. She also had the most positive relationships, friendships, and close friendships out of everyone. Simply put, this girl was so well-liked that she hardly got any votes.

Dahlia had to try a little harder to stay in the game, but having allies also made the difference for her. Despite the hiccup she had with Anika, she was resilient enough to pull through! Also, the fact that the girl who accidentally became a contestant by getting on the wrong bus won the entire thing is both amazing and hilarious!

Lilium and Dahlia had the guts, strength, and perseverance to make it all the way to the end. Even though only one person could win, both of them deserved to win. I really hope you think so too!

Now, it's time to celebrate before our 14 castmates return home to their normal lives!

Day 2 - Elli Proudmoore

Unfortunately, Elli has taken the place as the first contestant eliminated from Total Drama Sims. Their poor challenge performance combined with most of their teammates having negative first impressions of them meant that, expectedly, they would face the chopping block...

But this may not be the end of Elli. Because they were voted out early, Elli will be eligible to participate in the comeback challenge when merge occurs for a chance to rejoin the game along with the rest of the eliminated contestants at that point!

For now though, Elli will have to say goodbye to Total Drama Sims at the Dock of Shame.

Day 6 - Terrance Vellard

Our mischief-master has met his fate. Since most of the Screaming Llamas lost their part of the challenge, it was mostly Terrance's mannerisms that motivated the votes. To be honest, his only true friend here was Lilium (despite him having teased her a couple times). The others found him a bit too hard to swallow.

But the good news is that Terrance, along with the other eliminated contestants so far, will have a chance to rejoin the game at merge! So maybe it's just "see you later."

Day 14 - Alexis Youngblood

Sometimes, things don't go how you planned... and that's a tough pill for Alexis to swallow.

Even though Anika lost the challenge and almost got the boot, in the end it was Alexis who walked the Dock of Shame. This girl had big dreams to win this competition, and you can't deny she was an excellent player, but... once again, only one person can win this.

Alexis is the final contestant eliminated before merge. Tomorrow, she will compete in the comeback challenge along with the rest of the eliminated contestant so far for a chance to rejoin the game! Stay tuned!

Day 15 - Comeback Challenge (part 1)

Today's the day we've all been waiting for: the great comeback challenge!! Today, one person from the pool of eliminated contestants will rejoin the game. Before I go into how that's gonna happen, allow me to reintroduce you to the eliminated contestants:

Who will win and rejoin the game?? We're gonna find that out right now by... a tournament of Don't Wake The Llama!!

Two contestants will be randomly paired to face off in a game of Don't Wake the Llama. There will be 3 rounds total. The winner of a match will advance to the next round, while the losing person is out and does not win the chance to rejoin the game. The person who wins the final round officially REJOINS THE GAME!

Since there's an odd number of people, 1 person will be randomly selected to get a bye in the first round, meaning they've automatically "won" and will compete in round 2. This person has been selected and it's... ASTER! Congratulations 💖

Now, let's get this tournament started!

ROUND 1:

Cassie vs. Kenzie

It was tough contest between these two, but in the end it was Kenzie who came out on top.

Terrance vs. Aubrey

These two were confident they would win. Aubrey mocked Terrance and Terrance teased Aubrey by purposely shaking the stick tower supporting the llama. In the end, Aubrey was too confident in her last maneuver and lost!

Elli vs. Alexis

Playing this game is normally no big deal... But when you're trying to rejoin Total Drama Sims? Now that's enough to make you sweat buckets! It seems that the pressure got to Elli, because after a few goes Elli made the tower collapse despite their carefulness...
