Given its inconsistent worldwide legality, the true value of such substances in endometriosis treatment is difficult to study. March is #endometriosisawareness month. As some of you know I have endometriosis which is a extremely painful and debilitating condition. ******"pain may not be limited to the area around your uterus. In addition to sharp abdominal pain, you experience sciatic pain, rectal pain, and pain during bowel movements. You may also feel pain in your legs or during intercourse. And although the pain isn’t limited to happening during your period, it usually worsens during menstruation." ****** And a lot of us with endo are some of the folks stuck between the cracks in this whole war on pain killers and opiates.I'm in need of a second endo removal surgery but I'm putting it off because I don't want to deal with no pain management after surgery . Because a large precent of us with endo suffer excruciating pain and get no pain meds *myself included,and I can take a huge amount of pain. I'm doing the best I can to use my big loud mouth to help in some tiny way to spread awareness. Shift Change

It's tough emotionally when you're dealing with something chronic. The levels of emotion you have are whirlwinded like a tornado. You get sad because those you expect and want to understand don't and won't. Everyone is concerned about self &then there's you who tries to spread positivity and support and encouragement to anyone who needs it any way you know how. No one calls, no one texts, no one invites you out, no one nothing. Once you're left in the dark and no one cares about you and you've cried what tears you think you have left.... You get strong, independent, angry and isolated and you tell yourself, "I CAN DO THIS ALONE! I WILL MAKE MYSELF BETTER!" When really you can't. You need someone, something, somewhere. It seems you're alone, but you aren't. The realization comes that there's God & all his mighty powers. He doesn't want you to look for support in man everytime. He longs for you to look to Him and He will give all the comfort you need. He will change your mind, He will change your heart. The support will come. The understanding will change. The community will grow. Your rainbow will show. You exhale & smile. Keep fighting warriors. Glasses are now a permanent fixture due to my vision being so bad! I still only have a small amount of vision in my left eye and slight more in my right eye but the small amount I do have is clearer than it was. I actually didn't realise how badly my eyes had deteriorated until I got my new glasses. . . This is thanks to the addisons Disease and is apparently a well know issue for people with addisons which sucks. . . I also spoke with my psychiatric doctor and once again due to addisons I need to have a medication change because addisons can effect your heart too and the medication I'm on also effects your heart so I slowly need to reduce one lot over the next four months and then be put on a new medication in it's replacement over 6 months so it will be about 10 months until I'm completely switched over but it has to be a slow process to not put my body into crisis. I also need an ECG to just make sure that it's doing okay. . . So that was my week last week when I was banned and couldn't update you 🤣 so yeh addisons Disease is making things difficult but unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that. . . I'm just over two weeks in with my addisons Disease diagnosis and after joining some amazing support groups on Facebook I have been advised to learn as much about the Disease, the symptoms, the medication and the changes it will bring to daily life. So I'm reading this book as it's so rare there isn't a lot about it on the Internet! . . I could not bother and just go into denial mode but that isn't going to help me or anyone at all. This isn't a simple Disease it has so many different things that come along with it. Like the fact it has attacked a nerve in my brain so I now only have a pin hole amount of peripheral vision in my left eye and my right eye is better but still not fantastic! So I've been told I will no longer be able to drive 😭 this was a big blow as even though I haven't been driving I always had the hope I would be able too but not anymore. . .
