¿Qué significa el éxito para vos? 🌅 . He conocido personas que trabajan incansablemente para alcanzar cierto status económico y/o social, para poseer, para ser. Personas que quieren formar una familia, unión, criar sus mini yo. Personas que solo pensaban en dinero o en el siguiente paso a dar. Personas buscando estabilidad. Personas que no saben que quieren en realidad. A todas las admiro, incluso a quienes no saben qué, pero se siguen moviendo, buscando, luchando. Incluso a quienes hoy, lo mejor que pueden hacer es intentar salir de la cama, incluso a quienes no lo logran. En un planeta con billones de personas, no es de extrañar que el éxito signifique algo distinto para cada quien. Pero es hora de dejar atrás esta creencia de qué hay que romperse el lomo (a menos que de verdad lo disfrutes 😅) el ser humano no nació para pasarse 9 horas encerrado en una oficina, más un par de horas de transporte, solo para llegar a casa y ya no tener energía para trabajar en sus sueños, disfrutar de sus hobbies, pasar tiempo con su familia. Entonces, ¿qué podemos hacer para romper el ciclo? Porque entiendo que a veces las cuentas a pagar no nos permiten tanta libertad. Rooftopper Daniel Lau：「挑戰極限就是讓自己脫離現實，給你梳理情緒與思想的機會。」

正職健身教練、兼職攝影師的Daniel Lau，卻以rooftopper 身份活躍於社交網絡，接近12萬的追隨者印證了他在rooftopping界的地位。以多個身份遊走於以凡塵，問他哪一個身份最接近自己真正的生活，他答：「沒有哪一個身份最真實，每一個身份都是我，我是Daniel Lau。」

天台，給我喘息的地方 18歲那年一場大病，改變了Daniel平靜的中學生活。預科時到野外考察，意外被蟲咬到，導致細菌感染，差點在醫院走了短暫的人生。自言是臭屁孩的他死過翻生，忽發奇想希望懸壺濟世拯救世界，從不讀書到死讀爛讀，真的讓他考進了中文大學中醫學院。從0到1，達標後卻忽爾覺得迷失。「讀醫壓力很大，始終性命攸關，在學校還好，但到醫院實習根本就是certified我的行醫生涯。」中西醫間的不平等待遇、醫院僵化的架構、墨守成規的老中醫等，看在Daniel眼裡滿不是味兒。「那時候的我很迷失，前路明明擺在前方，卻沒有衝勁走下去。」

 「有一晚跟幾個朋友在佐敦食飯，飯後無所事事，有朋友提議到附近大廈天��『八吓』『hea吓』，於是就柴娃娃上了唐樓的天台。」幾層之距，卻帶給Daniel天大的震憾。「在天台一切都安靜下來，喧鬧的街頭一下子與你無關，鬧市中的車水馬龍在你眼前猶如slow motion一樣，慢慢地流過。」生命的感動，往往突如其來。站在高地，發現凡塵都是假象，沒有甚麼好需要執著。

 人生，其實沒有命定的路線 高空的澄明，讓他繃緊的思緒鬆弛下來，也為他的生活帶來了新衝擊。原本愛好攝影的他，在天台找到了一個新的視點，拍下來，分享到社交平台，竟然一夜爆紅，成為知名rooftopper，更因此認識了來自世界各地的新朋友，得到很多工作新機會。踏出框框，得到如此多的厚愛，令他更篤定跳出舒適圈的必要。畢業後他沒有順理成章成為中醫，反而因自少做gym、又有國際健身教練牌照而轉戰私人健身教練領域。又將愛好變成職業，兼職攝影師。「很多人會覺得很可惜，但我覺得大部人只會在身體出現問題時找醫生，而我作為健身教練能早早為人的健康把關，也是件很有意義的事。」形式不同，但意義長存。人生，其實沒有命定的路線，一切只在乎心念。

 我挑戰的不是高度，而是生命的闊度 作為 rooftopper，又是網絡紅人，越級挑戰各地地標、大樓，繼而打咭、呃like是常識吧！從不按章法出牌的 Daniel 卻很慎重的說：「我上天台只為美景，但我不玩命。生命寶貴，一瞬即逝，而美景處處，沒必要為一張相、一個 like 去傷害自己。我在天台從不打咭，我不想鼓勵別人上哪一幢大廈挑戰自己，我的照片只為展示你我見慣見熟的另一面，希望啟發到大家跳出既有的框架，以另一角度看世界。」未來Daniel 想挑戰的不只局限於rooftopping，也許是考電單車牌、也許是放一個悠長假期浪蕩天。永不止步，就是他生命力的來源。

 Routine 是自律，也是自綁 作為健身教練，勸導人們擁有良好的作息、運動與飲食習慣���基本，這樣的 routine 是自律，也是鍛鍊，但放諸靈魂之上，就是自綁。誠如Daniel所說，沒有人會想到跳出框框以外的世界會是怎樣的，生命總是充滿驚喜。即使再『驚』也別想太多，想做就去做，你才能體味新世界的的『喜』悅。
