set your finger a few inches from your face; focus on it
move your finger forward until your arm is extended, then focus on something beyond it for a few seconds
return focus to finger and bring it back to nose
slowly focus back out into the distance again before returning to starting point and repeating
ache still there or more prominent?
close your eyes (covering them with your hands can help, esp pressing your fingers into your browline, temples, and just below your eyes)
carefully roll your eyes, move them up/down and side/side too
listen to your body and keep resting/stretching as you need
