WHY WE LOVE ROSEHIP🌹 Antioxidant-rich and radiance boosting, it’s a star ingredient in some of our favourite products, like our one pot wonder, Wild Rose Beauty Balm. But where do we source them? 🌎 We source our rosehips sustainably in Svrljig (Sver-lig), Serbia, from a family run business who wild harvest and hand pick our rosehips. 🌹 Around 100 local villagers handpick the rosehips during peak harvesting season and for many local families, this work provides invaluable income as most are operating in remote villages where unemployment is extremely high. Not only are these unassuming fruits increasing the opportunity to work for an otherwise largely unemployed community, but they’re providing a degree of financial security and independence for the collectors too. They can invest in their children’s education and secure a more comfortable life for themselves, all the while, doing work that they love, in a way that respects the environment that they’ve grown up in. Acum trei ani mi s-a declanșat acneea rozacee, o formă agresivă de rozacee ce se manifestă prin apariția unor pustule extrem de inflamate pe ten. După diagnosticare am primit și un regim foarte strict de skincare: fără produse ce conțin alcool, parfum, uleiuri esențiale sau alte ingrediente iritante. A fost un proces dificil de vindecare și estompare a urmelor rămase, dar cel mai greu a fost să înlocuiesc produsele de îngrijire cu activi puternici pe care le foloseam. Am tot căutat formula ideală pentru mine și, acum un an, împreună cu @denisaluntraru am început să punem bazele @justfeelgoodbeauty 🌊 Nu știam nimic despre asta, dar am învățat pe parcus și încă am învățăm. Feel Good Beauty pornește cu 3 produse de bază, The Good Serum, The Good Night Cream & The Good Day Cream. Am ales doar ingrediente cu efect dovedit, activi cu propietăți anti ageing, ce revitalizează pielea și o protejează împotriva factorilor nocivi. Produsele sunt potrivite pentru toate tipurile de ten și sunt adaptate tenului sensibil și reactiv. Nu conțin parfum, parabeni, alcool, sunt vegane & cruelty free. Încercăm să limităm pe cât posibil folosirea plasticului în ambalajele, din acest motiv toate ambalajele sunt din sticlă, iar toate comenzile vor fi livrate în săculeti din pânză realizați într-un atelier social din România. Credem cu tărie ca frumusețea vine din interior. Frumusețea este despre tine, cu sau fără machiaj (și e mai mult fără în ultima vreme pentru mine). Cam asta ar fi povestea #feelgoodbeauty.
