Do not treat your skin in the same category as someone else with your skin type. @thedoseofglamour⁣ ⁣ Today I discuss what exfoliation treatments are recommended for each skin type. As always, these are just my findings but please do what works best for YOU. ⁣ ⁣ Enzymes are gentle enough to use for most skin types and are a form of chemical exfoliation. They tend to be tolerated better than AHA’s or BHA’s. If you want to use scrubs, make sure it is gentle and you don’t have moderate to severe acne.⁣ ⁣ Hope you found this post helpful. This is a beautiful overnight treatment! It has a nice lightweight texture while still being really hydrating. I’ve noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin pretty quickly, especially on my cheeks and forehead. The only thing I will say is that while the scent is pleasant, it is very strong so if that bothers you I’d stay away from this one.
