Wallex, Simone Mazzuca e quel filo rosso che li lega a scam, truffe e Ponzi: da We We Global a New Financial Technology

Chi è Simone Mazzuca?

Simone Mazzuca, nato a Roma ma attualmente residente in Bulgaria, è il founder di Wallex, azienda che fornisce un servizio di hosted wallet con classica integrazione di carte di debito e di earn su token selezionati e della stablecoin EURST, attualmente un token inutilizzato e senza utenti.

Mazzuca, citato in diversi articoli su Forbes, si erge a guru del settore blockchain promettendo una grande futuro per la sua creazione: Wallex.

Dal sito web ufficiale l’azienda dietro Wallex risulta essere la WALLEX CUSTODY LTD, con sede a Londra e con unico intestatario, appunto, Simone Mazzuca. Nasce però subito un piccolo problema, il 26 dicembre 2023 la società risulta dissolta per scelta proprio del signor Mazzuca. Notiamo poi come già nel 2022 l’azienda fosse stata dichiarata “dormiente” perché dalla sua fondazione nel 2021 non aveva mai presentato un bilancio ed effettuato transazioni commerciali significative, un pò strano per una società che gestisce un hosted wallet che dichiara di avere 500,000 clienti e più di 7 miliardi di dollari di volumi.

Le altre società di Simone Mazzuca

Wallex Custody LTD non è però l’unica società in cui Simone Mazzuca è coinvolto. Abbiamo infatti trovato questo documento che attesta come Simone Mazzuca sia l’amministratore anche di un’altra società: European Digital Trust KB.

Ed è proprio la European Digital Trust KB ad essere collegata ad altri crypto-scam già trattati nelle nostre inchieste, ma partiamo dal principio.

European Digital Trust KB è una società svedese che da quanto si apprende online si occupa sia dello sviluppo di app, come quella di Wallex o quella di DTS Chain (società di Daniele Marinelli, famoso per aver lanciato uShare e decine di rebranding dello stesso fumoso progetto al centro di numerose polemiche) sia della gestione di digital asset per conto dei clienti. Questo non è però l’unico collegamento tra i due individui. Sia DTS (altro “progetto” di Marinelli) che Wallex sono costituite lo stesso giorno con numero di registrazione successivo, dal medesimo provider e domiciliate a Londra al medesimo indirizzo. Simone Mazzuca, come già detto in precedenza, è di Roma come Marinelli. È una curiosa coincidenza che due concittadini lo stesso giorno (in Connecticut) costituiscano due società nel medesimo ufficio di registro e vengano poi domiciliate a Londra allo stesso indirizzo.

Analizzando il profilo di Simone Mazzucca sul registro delle imprese inglese notiamo come in realtà sia coinvolto in almeno altre 5 società, tutte aperte tra il 2020 e il 2021:

GD DIGITAL TRUST MANAGEMENT LTD: società aperta il 22 gennaio 2021 e chiusa volontariamente il 17 gennaio 2023. Il capitale sociale versato era di soli 100 Sterline. L’unico shareholder risulta proprio la European Digital Trust KB. Quindi ricapitolando: un italiano con residenza in Bulgaria apre una società, con soli 100£, nel Regno Unito controllata totalmente da un’altra sua società svedese per chiuderla dopo due anni senza mai aver svolto alcuna attività.

ZETEZ LTD: società aperta il 24 aprile 2022, dichiarata dormiente il 23 aprile 2021 e poi chiusa il 3 gennaio 2023. Anche la ZETEZ LTD è interamente controllata dalla European Digital Trust KB.

TITAN ESTATE HOLDING LTD: fondata il 19 marzo 2020 e chiusa volontariamente il 7 febbraio 2023. Al contrario delle altre questa società ha registrato nei suoi 2 anni di vita un minimo di attività. Oltre a Simone Mazzucca sono infatti coinvolti il britannico ma residente in Austria Richard Peter Winter e l’italiano Fabio Lumini.

BG3S GROUP LTD: società attiva da febbraio 2021 al dicembre 2023. In questo caso Mazzucca non risulta però shareholder, il 100% delle quote sono infatti detenute dall’italiano Riccardo Buffoli.

TRUSTCONCIERGE MANAGEMENT LTD: attiva dal 30 aprile 2020 al 13 maggio 2023. Anche questa società ha come shareholders la European Digital Trust KB. Anche qua è presente Fabio Lumini con altri due italiani: P. M. e Fabrizio Medici. I tre si alternano al ruolo di Director.

Notiamo un chiaro pattern in queste aziende aperte nel Regno Unito e in cui è coinvolta la figura di Simone Mazzucca. Nessuna è più attiva e tutte sono state aperte nel periodo 2020/2021 e chiuse nel 2023. Le tre società controllate dalla European Digital Trust KB non effettuano mai nessuna transazione commerciale e non presentano, nei pochi anni di attività, nessun bilancio rivelandosi a tutti gli effetti delle scatole vuote.

Ma non solo, Mazzucca risulta coinvolto, sempre tramite la European Digital Trust KB, nella società britannica Digilyo App LTD. Ma cosa ha di diverso rispetto alle altre appena elencate?

Simone Mazzuca e Daniele Marinelli, con le rispettive piattaforme Wallex e uShare (e tutti i suoi rebranding) non sono solo collegati tra di loro, ma risultano molto vicini, letteralmente, alla truffa perpetrata in Italia dall’azienda New Financial Technology (NFT) che ha lasciato dietro di se circa 6mila vittime con 150 milioni di Euro rubati.

La NFT infatti aveva alle spalle l’azienda svedese NFT Digital Trust KB che ha la sede legale all’indirizzo Stockholms Brevboxar 1671, S-116 74 Stockholm, lo stesso della DT Socialize Digital Trust KB, società di Marinelli e della European Digital Trust KB di Mazzucca. Sarà un caso?

Ma non solo, come riportato dalla Tribuna di Treviso, secondo le indagini delle forze dell’ordine italiane i truffatori della New Financial Technology hanno versato nelle casse della European Digital Trust KB i fondi dei truffati. Simone Mazzucca si dichiara però estraneo alla vicenda.

So just an FYI for all my fellow Apple users. I’m lucky enough that I can afford a unlimited plan, but I’ve noticed I was getting my “you’ve got this much data we will slow you down soon” quicker than usual. Apparently, Apple has an issue currently where something called “Uninstalled Apps” is burning through data. Lots and lots of data. And there isn’t a fix, apparently. I reset my statistics last night and it’s already used 40.7 KB overnight. :(
