XRP... even if you hate it

Yes, even if you hate XRP for any reason I believe you should still stand behind it and root for Ripple to win their lawsuit. If Ripple can win, it will give almost every other cryptocurrency a pass when it comes to regulations and be deemed as currencies rather than securities. Instead of the old Howey test we would be able to see people use the "Ripple" test now. Either way, we thought Gary Gensler from the SEC would be more "pro crypto" however it's not looking like it. Instead, it seems that once again the U.S. is trying to kill innovation and regulate everything. I'm not saying regulations are bad, because they are needed in some aspects, however the SEC just has no clue what they are doing.

IF Ripple can win this case (I think so) then we will finally see some clarity in the Crypto Space and it will be favorable to us all. That, or the new bill that is being proposed could help but also harm some coins as well. Either way, I know I will probably get downvoted for even mentioning XRP, but regardless, it will be an important win for the cryptocurrency space as a whole. That in itself, is worth standing behind.
