Whoever wrote that episode does NOT know how to write women. Sasha should have punched/slapped Cody and call him a sexist jerk for thinking he can override her privacy and act on her behalf because of the sexist belief that mothers need male providers.

Even if Jason was the dad, he should not "step up" because Sasha made it clear that she wants to be a single parent.

Once again, Josslyn is being told to stay out of being active in the plot "for her protection."

Gio needs to reject Emma. It's one thing to sneak out to party and commit "terrorism" to free lab animals, but showing up inside his house uninvited and telling everyone Sasha's personal business is red flags.

This should be a reverse Pride and Prejudice where she needs to be a better person before a relationship can happen.

This is perfect character development for someone in high school, because Emma should be 17 because she was born in 2008. The concept of SORAs should be put in the dust bin of things that are outdated.

Wtf crack

In the car, listening to the radio when the song "When you're talking in your sleep" comes on. I could just imagine someone making some cheesy-ass AMV with Naru/Mai/Gene. "You tell me that you want me You tell me that you need me You tell me that you love me And I know that I'm right Cuz I hear it in the night I hear the secrets that you keep When you're talking in your sleep" Cue Mai waking up in the Urado case, flashbacks of Gene smiling, Naru looking pensive.

It’s sometimes really hard cause everyone on there are super opinionated. Especially with characters they dislike. lol. Especially if you like Jason & Sam. XD

Some people dislike BM has Jason. 

Some people dislike BM has Jason w/ Sam (Some think that Jason  seems more happier w/ someone else). 

Some people want Jasam break up. 

Some people dislike Sam. (I saw comment of someone saying no one talks about Jason stayed w/ Sam cause she had no one and Liz had a family) 

Some people want BM be a different character. 

Some people want BM has Jason but want him to act completely different. 

Some people want Sam to lose her baby so Jasam can break up and Sam can hook up w/ Curtis or someone else and Jason hook up w/ someone new and eventually Liz.

It’s really crazy at times! I try to stay in my tag lane. I don’t mind talking  people w/ different views than me. Just has long they are are respectful like I will be to them . Like I had convo w/ someone other day who was Friz shipper and hated Jason but we talked about Michael/Kiki, Michael/Nelle, Kiki/Dillon. 

GH twitter just gets so crazy to me. Tumblr GH just seems more calmer and you can write longer thoughts were twitter GH gets so shady and bitter it seems lol XD

as much as I hate to admit it I will never ship nujasam. Jasam isn't jasam without Steve Burton I've been watching this show for far too long to accept anyone else as Jason Morgan.

General Hospital, general thoughts

...So I have to be honest, most times I don't watch the entire show. I watch clips on youtube, so I don't always know all the characters. Today was the first day in a long time that I watched live. And of course I had some thoughts:

-Lucy, Lucy, Lucy, what in the hell? I get that the writers are paying attention to the past, namely Port Charles' (the show) past, but this is getting insane. How are the powers that be gonna bring her back from this Supernatural fantasy land? The only thing I can think is that they are going to give her some mental disorder or maybe a brain tumor. I just hope they don't ruin her character. I love her.  

-AJ! I love you. I know that I say this every single time I talk about the show, but it's true. It doesn't hurt that Sean Kanan is really sexy. He has great eyes. I've always thought so. Watching him tease Carly was fun. And seeing him shirtless...

-John McBain and Sam McCall... I just don't see the chemistry. It's another example of what worked on one show, probably will not work on another. I get that Caleb and Livvie had a huge fan following, but these aren't the same characters. This isn't the same show. I'm not going to say that I'm not a little bias because I liked John with Natalie on OLTL or that I wasn't a huge Jason/Sam fan, but *shrugs*

-Where is Maxie? Where is the fall out from the one night stand? I want to see that. I want to see where the storyline is going next... well I kinda know, but I want to see it!   

-I kinda get enjoyment out of Tracy stressing out over Lucy. But what I really like? I like the fact that ELQ and the Quartermaine are in a front burner story. It's been a long time since that happened. It feels good.

Hear me out: one of the writers really hate BLQ, and they want humiliation for her by having teenage BLQ sleep with Cody by mistake. She snuck into a cabin, it was dark, Cody was drunk, and she had sex with who she thought was Dante.

The reason Cody is acting like an asshole is because he is feeling guilt.

I am so angry at Cody's inability to understand privacy.

It's one thing for him to think Jason is the dad, but given that he is a mobster, he should think that that is the reason why Sasha wants to be a single parent.

If he publicly tells everyone what he believes, he is undermining Sasha's decision to be a single parent.

The police said they searched the whole Q compound for the kids, are we really expected to believe that they would not have looked in their actual home?

It's one thing for Sasha to disagree with Willow and for them to have a falling out, but it doesn't make sense why she has suddenly at "Michael can do no wrong." Stop making her a tradwife!

I think they're doing foreshadowing that Drew is actually an imposter.

Tracy the Oligarch is showing how in a company like Crimson, hiring, pay, and promotions are all about who you know. It has nothing to do with experience or how hard you work.

I hate Cody's character regression! I think they're sending the message that the only reason he had stopped gambling was because of his relationship with Sasha. That is problematic to send the message that men can only be good if there's a woman in their life.

If they wanted Cody to hit rock bottom, it should be from something out of his control, like medical debt.

It is a big character regression to have Cody go back to gambling. If he needed to lose money, an easy way to do that is to have medical debt.

You would think a show called "General Hospital" would talk about medical debt.

I think having a character be in a fire only makes sense if you're going to do an immediate recast. Michael survives the fire, has surgery to hide the scars, and comes out of it literally a new person.

I think the problem with Michael as a character was that he is not likeable when he's in a relationship.

What's Willow's conflict if Michael is dead?

I thought they were setting up a friendship with Jason and Sasha because Jason was going to claim to be the father so Michael would not be hit with a scandal for the custody case.

If I didn't think there was a strong possibility of Gio being Cody's son (he looks more like Cody than Dante), I would want Emma and Gio together so she could corrupt him.

I think someone is copying Heather Weather: the knife that Dex was stabbed with was laced with......digitalis! The beeping is Dex having a heart attack.

You would think Michael would prevent someone else from randomly accessing that video.

Sasha has been pregnant before, she would already have a preferred brand of prenatal vitamins. And it was transphobic for the writer to make her say "For women? Who else would be taking them?"

I read a theory that Dex is somehow Felicia's son. I have no idea how that would be explained.

That scene where Kristina says "You were never Adela's mother" would have been a good time for the dramatic soap opera slap.

When I heard BLQ make a reference about how she was at the summer camp, it made me think that Gio looks more like Cody than Dante.

I want Maxie and Lulu to reunite already!

I think Portia was right to refuse Brad the trip to Miami.

It is absolutely rubbing me the wrong way that they called Lucky instead of Laura.

Later on, Lucky and Cyrus were reinforcing the sexist gender role expectation of "protecting family," as if Laura and Lulu are passive.

Gio is definitely the Brooklynn/Dante child.

I think Frank Valentini hates Sasha. She should be with her not-cousin Cody, not tethered to Michael for the rest of her life.

They could be setting up a future baby swap story with the Brooklynn/Chase baby. Brooklynn gives birth outside of the hospital and passes out. The baby is stillborn and Sasha switches the babies so she can live under the same roof as her child.

I remember long ago Lulu was the first person Michael saw when he came out of his coma. Imagine Michael's shock if he saw Lulu on the side of the road.

That long term care facility is shit! They were going to move Lulu without first speaking to Laura face-to-face? They're letting Cyrus speak for Laura? I want to see Laura get mad at that facility for both loosing Laura AND allowing Cyrus to make decisions for her. She needs to hit Cyrus across the face with his Bible.

But I doubt the writers are going to let us see that.

For the love of God, there was already too many people at the Quartermaine Cult Compound, and now they have added more!
